Just as Scarlet stated she never communicated with me anything about sand on the floors. This review was also written after I sent the damage to Airbnb resolution team. Anyone can look at my past reviews and see NO ONE has had a problem with the housekeeping or the beach walkover...... if anything they rave about the access to the beach. The check in time is clearly stated when you book a unit and yes many people I have let check in early, but not in the high volume turnover in July. I did not become a SUPERHOST for AIRBNB by getting bad reviews or not communicating with my renters. I'm a Realtor and know what private deeded beach access I own and have rights to let my renters use. Yes, if you decide to go sit in front of someone's private home you could be asked to move but our condo association is also part of the condos located right on the beach. This review from Scarlett would have been much more pleasant if after she left the pictures did not show otherwise damaged furniture. I will let the other 3 years of reviews speak for themselves, the many repeat families I have hosted, or the other 5 beach properties I help co-host thru Airbnb!!!!!!!
