Tiny house tucked away in the Sandy Valley and on a ranch. Our host Terri was very gracious and the ranch manager took the time to give my 8 years old son a tour of the property and a ride on a pony. Well worth it if you want to get away from it all.

This tiny house is an absolute gem! It's efficiently designed and Sandi and her team thought of everything from games to snacks to extra linens. We had issues with the wifi, but you won't want to be on your computer when you're out on the ranch anyway! We also appreciated the offer for breakfast and a horseback ride. Note that this is a tiny house and therefore, the bathroom might not be what you're used to. Otherwise, this place was adorable!

Wonderful nights sleep at the Sandy Valley Ranch tiny house. Arrived in the afternoon, cooked dinner and ate outside and watch the sun set. Had fun playing the different board games, listening to the radio, and walking around the ranch. The house is absolutely gorgeous, with everything you could possibly need. We WILL be back!

My husband and I live in Las Vegas but we spend a lot of time riding horses out in Sandy Valley and enjoying the incredible desert life.
I am a resident director for Cirque du Soleil and my husband is a wood worker. He is the one who built our sweet tiny home.
