The Port d'Andratx is a natural harbor of the Balearic islands, surrounded by clear water coves like Cala Llamp, Cala Moragues and Cala d'Egos. This harbor town of 3,000 inhabitants, has gone from being an ancient fishing village to be one of the most important tourist centers visited Mallorca, with its nautical activity, which favors a more upscale residential tourism.

The neighborhood

The Port is a cosmopolitan and lively place where many cultures mix and combine shopping, sun and nightlife. It also offers plenty of activities related to the sea. Notwithstanding this, it has one of the best equipped marinas Islands, the Andrach Sailing Club with about 500 amaramentos occupied by pleasure craft and space.
The maximum animation focuses on the seafront and pier, where lies the building of the Market, testimony to the effect of fishing where you can buy them fresh fish catch fishermen in the morning. Shops and restaurants with nice terraces overlooking the sea watch the promenade leading to the lighthouse and yacht club, past the small stream des Saluet.
The Port is located assets of great historical and architectural interest. For a place defense towers, corsair threat testimonials that will exist in the area, such as Sant Carles, sa Mola, or the number 9 Rodríguez Acosta Street, now a private dwelling. In another place, religious architecture is represented by the church of Our Lady of Carmen.
El Puerto de Andratx has a hotel infrastructure and also selected some of the most renowned institutions of the cuisine of the island. In the afternoon, it becomes one of their most vibrant areas of the municipality.
From the harbor you can go to a sa Mola, since you can admire a splendid sunset and open sea with the island Dragonera.

GARBAGE: Please, all garbage must be disposed of properly in the dumpsters located conveniently around the property.

DAMAGES: Guests will be strictly held responsible for damages in the apartment and to the common areas. They are also responsible for damage done by their guests.

KEYS: Please, do not leave your keys on the back side of the door lock when you leave the apartment. Then you will not be able to access.

ILLEGAL USE OF PREMISES - All guests are required not to engage in or permit unlawful activities. This includes under age drinking, illegal drug related activities in the apartment and high level of noise (specially from 00h).

PENALTIES: (they will be charged from the damage deposit paid at the check in time)

Very efficient welcome from the owners of the bar underneath who were extremely helpful. the apartment was immaculate. The apartment is right in town which makes it very convenient but be aware it can be noisy later in the evening from the bar below. If you have kids you may wish to put them in the back bedroom instead which is quieter. Lovely balcony which overlooks the port and was super for breakfast in the morning. The rails around the balcony are very low so again if you had children you wouldn't them up there unsupervised. Overall, I would recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to be in town with all the energy that goes with that. There is a large, free carpark just a couple of mins walk away if you have rented a car.

Beautiful and Central located. Roof terasse Gas an amazing view over Port of Andratx. Internet: wifi interruptions, slow or wasn't working The Equipment of The Kirchen and bathroom had a low Standard. Actually very noisy because of a construction area in The neighbarhood. Very positive: 2 Ventilator Very friendly hosts

Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in slightly earlier, which was helpful. Amazing location within this beautiful port and the apartment was clean and tidy with excellent balcony.

Just got back after four nights with a couple of close friends. Close to the port, quiet, lovely terrace, all in all real value for money! Thanks to Bernat, Victoria and Xisca!

The apartment was great, exactly what we had wanted in Mallorca. The town has a ton of nice shops and restaurants and if you have a car it's very close to Palma and everything else the Mallorca has to offer. The apartment was quiet, clean and we felt safe the whole time. I would definitely stay here again.

Great area to stay in. Flat was clean and had all the basics with an amazing roof terrace and view over the harbour. There was some confusion with the payment and check-in/check out but nothing that couldn't be resolved and overall very happy with the stay.
