The apartment catches all prevailing breezes which makes it very pleasant.
The apartment is 2km from the Magnetic Island ferry terminal (Greyhound Bus Terminal).
You have sole use of your lockable bedroom and ensuite and shared use of the kitchen, living area and balcony (with bbq)
The bedroom is complete with a firm Queen size bed, and desk for PC use. There is a wardrobe with hanging space, and a large flat screen tv with dvd player
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hotplate and oven. You can choose your coffee style, whether it be pod, plunger or percolator. A range of teas are also included. Breakfast provisions are included
Letterbox access is from the street front.
On site car parking for one car is available subject to capacity.
Lift or stair access is available to the apartment (2nd floor)
Street parking is also available with time limits and a fee.

The pool is on the ground level, and accessible from the main building doors. Turn right out of the building, and follow the path around the garden to the pool entry.
Interaction with guests
Your host travels regularly, so on occasions you may find you have the apartment to yourself. 24 hour check in is set up, so you can arrive at any time. Instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.
Tax invoicing is available to business guests. The price shown is GST inclusive.
The lounge has another large flat screen tv, dvd player with surround sound. There are dvd's, books to read and games for you to enjoy.

Your are located within the central business area of Townsville, with public transport only one block away (buses) as is a cinema.
Banks, pubs and supermarket are close, and only a further block away.
Flinders Street is a 5 minute stroll away, with cafes and shops
There is good cofffee in Townsville. We'll let you know where.
And lots of alfresco bars.
You are staying in the city precinct of North Queensland's largest town, so there can be traffic noise at night and early in the morning.
The room is quiet if you close the windows and optionally have the ceiling fan on low, you are likely to have an undisturbed night.
Your are located within the central business area of Townsville, with public transport only one block away (buses) The bus service can take you to the major shopping malls in Townsville and to the Magnetic Island Ferry (& Greyhound bus terminal) which is 2km away. The bus stop is just around the corner with regular buses to and from the ferry terminal.
A taxi ride will cost about $12. Or you can walk to the ferry terminal should you choose. (it is a flat walk, no hills) Similarly, a taxi ride to the airport will cost around $25

There is a sizeable pool in the complex, available for your use.
Pool towel/s are provided in addition to regular towels.
Pool access is on the ground level. Simply turn right after you exit the building via the ground level door and follow the path around to the pool entry.
Breakfast provisions are also provided.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. There is no facility for smokers.
While small numbers of guests are welcome, parties are not permitted.
Recently renovated, the apartment has a new feel to it, and it would be good to keep it that way.

As a guest, I do a lot of work on my laptop, so a desk and WIFI are always appreciated. Having breakfast included is really appreciated, however simple.
I enjoy good coffee and fine wine
As a host, I am not always at the apartment, so you may find you have the place to yourself and it is set up to accommodate this.
However, I am always only a phone call away.
