Overall Guest Satisfaction

  • It was 7pm and my friend and I needed a place to stay in Buenos Aires immediately since our previous options had fallen through. Stacy got her apartment ready very quickly and we were extremely pleased when we arrived.

The bedrooms are very large, the beds are as comfortable as they come, and the office was exceptionally useful. The kitchen is well equipped with both cooking utensils and supplies.

The location is quiet in very close to some great restaurants, Starbucks, a pharmacy, a supermarket, and several beautiful parks.

Stacy was very easy to work with and we probably would have stayed longer if she didn't have another booking after ours.

You won't be disappointed with Stacy's apartment.

  • We (family of two adults and two young kids) had a wonderful time in Stacy's place. The location is fantastic -- close to parks, playgrounds, many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and more. The apartment is lovely -- tastefully furnished, spacious, light-filled, modern and has the best children's book collection we have ever seen. Also, Hilda, who cleans regularly and also cooked and babysat for us, is as warm and helpful as they come. Highly recommend this place!

  • The apartment was clean, fully equipped, very comfortable, nicely located. There are lots of nice places to shop, eat, have coffee nearby. Stacy was super professional and responsive, reacting always quickly to our messages, questions. I and my friends really hope to be able go back soon, and stay at Stacy's apartment, it was great! :-) Cristina

  • Stacy is a great host, I have only praises for her responsiveness and help. Any time we contacted her we received a response within less than 24 hours and most times within less than 2 hours. This apartment is very clean and excellent condition. location is within a short walking distance of many restaurants and close enough to walk even to Recoleta. If you choose to take a Taxi they run through the street pretty frequently as well. The house is very well equipped and includes a Brita in the fridge which since you cannot drink Tap water comes extremely useful. from the 4 locations we have stayed in during our trip to Argentina this apartment was by far the best and best value. Modernly decorated, fully equipped, centrally located and to top it off a great host.

Thank you Stacy for hosting you in your house. It was a pleasure. I would surely rent it again if we choose to come to Buenos Aires.

  • Stacey's apartment was easily the best we stayed in Buenos Aires. I actually preferred it to the Alvear hotel which was nearly twice as much per night. Stacey also had a great housekeeper; Hilda, she cleaned the apartment before we arrived and we had a great time talking to her before we left.

  • We loved our stay here in buenos aires! The apartment was equipped with everything you needed and was in a great location. Hilda was extremely helpful and friendly and Stacy was a lovely host who was easily contactable. The only downside was having one set of keys between 3 people however this was only because the last tenants accidentally took the spare set! We would definitely stay here again! Loved it

  • I wish to start with praising Stacy for being a very responsive and helpful host. We have communicated with her several times for advice before the trip and she responded most times within a couple of hours or less. The apartment itself is very nice and well equipped. We were surprised how good the apartment looked when we got there. Neighborhood was also safe and close to a main street for transportation. Brita filter saves some money on water bottles and plenty of grocery stores near. I highly recommend.

  • Having this apartment for our first stay in Buenos Aires made the entire experience better. The apartment is roomy and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware which made food preparation easy. The apartment building is secure with self locking doors on the street level. Stacy responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had and was very open to suggestions. This lodging is certainly one to consider if you're going to Buenos Aires.

  • As good as all the previous reviews - Excellent value for a modern apartment in a very nice area of BA. The apartment was very clean, the beds very comfortable, and the building is modern. Very good communication and a guide from Stacy.
The only thing that could be improved was the internet connection: It's a bit on the slow side in the living room right next to the router, while it almost doesn't work in the master bedroom.

I'm a Mom of 3 who lives in Atlanta, GA and just moved from Buenos Aires, Argentina after 5 years. I'm an Occupational Therapist and blog about homeschooling at (website hidden). We moved to Buenos Aires for 5 years in order to learn Spanish and give our kids a cultural experience. My husband ended up starting a software company there and returns every 1-2 months to the apartment for this reason. I hope you enjoy our home!
