Welcome to our charming Balmoral Beach House, just a stone’s throw from the iconic Balmoral Beach! Nestled in a prime location, our historic home offers five cozy rooms, providing the perfect retreat for your Sydney getaway.
On the ground level, you’ll find the Patricia Room, Sleep-In Room, and the Alexis Room.
• The Patricia Room features a queen-sized bed and offers comfort and convenience with easy access to shared amenities.
• The Sleep-In Room provides a serene space with a double bed, ideal for restful nights after a day of exploring.
• The Alexis Room, located next to the kitchen, features a spacious queen bed and is perfect for guests who enjoy being close to the heart of the home, even with occasional kitchen bustle.
Venture upstairs to discover the Marguerita Room and the Small Room.
• The Marguerita Room offers a plush queen-sized bed and a cozy retreat on the upper level, ideal for guests seeking privacy and relaxation.
• The Small Room features a comfortable double bed, providing a charming and snug space for solo travelers or couples.
All guests have shared access to two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground level. Guest access
Guests have full access to all shared spaces within the house, including both the upper and lower levels. These include the lounge areas, the kitchen, and the dining spaces, as well as the outdoor dining tables in the backyard. Feel free to enjoy the shared amenities and make yourself at home during your stay. Please be mindful of other guests and ensure these areas remain clean and welcoming for everyone.

Our house is all about promoting hospitality and creating a friendly atmosphere. Guests are encouraged to connect, share stories, and make new friends during their stay.
