The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful 150 year old building in the heart of Spitalfields, in an insanely good location on a quiet side street, next to Shoreditch, Old Street & Brick Lane. The apartment is self contained, over 2 floors, with it's own private street entrance.
The apartment was fully refurbished by an interior designer last year to luxury hotel standards. This is an ultra-slick, super-cool and technology-packed place to call home whilst you explore everything incredible East London has to offer, and hop from gallery to bar to restaurant and back again!
Because the apartment is on Air BNB full time, and as no one actually lives there, it has been designed like a mini hotel, to suit the needs of visiting guests... with all the comforts of home, but none of someone else's personal things to get in the way!
It is is professionally cleaned and prepared before every visit by a specialist AirBnB / hotel cleaning firm firm who will provide bedding, towels that are laundered off site between each stay. They also provide toiletries and other essentials.

Guests have access to the entire apartment... Entrance hallway, living room / kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's your new home and you'll have it all to yourself.
Check in couldn't be easier, as I've fitted a secure electronic, keyless access system, meaning there is no need to collect keys, and there will never be a delay at check in! In advance of your arrival I will issue with a unique code for the external keypad which releases the front door, and the alarm code - no keys required.

Please note check out is at 12pm and check out is from 4pm. These times can be slightly flexible. The cleaning team will usually arrive at some point between 12pm and 2pm on the day of check out.

Q: Can I book in at the last minute?
A: No problem! This flat is on Air BNB full time and because of the electronic access system there is never an issue with key collection of arranging check in.
I'm pretty easy going but I've just spend a lot of time and money refurbishing the flat and I'd like you to respect it and treat it like it was your own.
Smoking is absolutely not allowed anywhere in the house. If evidence of smoking is found, security deposit will be retained to cover extra cleaning and wear and tear.
I am happy to agree an early/late checkout but if there are new guests arriving the same day, noon check-out will always apply.
Early check-ins and late check outs may be subject to an additional fee.
If the reservation Is for 2, there is one double bed. If the reservation is for 3, the third person will be on the sofa bed. If the reservation is for 2 and you'd like to use the sofa bed for 1 person, additional charges will apply due to the additional cleaning costs and linen rental costs.
You must book for the exact amount in your party and provide names and phone numbers of any additional guests other than yourself prior to arrival.
Any damaged property will be will be handled via the security deposit. If something breaks, and you tell me about, I will be cool, and I will avoid charging you, or charge as little as possible. However if something breaks and you don't tell me.... I might not be so forgiving!
No parties, events gatherings or get togethers are allowed.
Instant bookings for only one night when I have an adjacent booking (a booking the day before or after, or both) are fine, however if you Instant book one night only in the middle of a free period of nights without messaging first, I reserve the right to cancel your booking.
I always check that guests are happy, but other than that try to leave you alone to enjoy the apartment in peace!
However, I am on hand 24/7 for any problems, and I always respond very to and messages or texts.

I own 'Shoreditch Grind' which is a really cool espresso and cocktail bar just around the corner to the apartment I rent out on AirBNB, on Old St Roundabout, near Shoreditch. I also now have eight other 'Grind's', Soho Grind, Holborn Grind and London Grind on London Bridge and other locations across london. All are espresso and cocktail bars, and London Grind is also a restaurant. They are great spots for coffee, brunch and cocktails - check one out during your stay!
As well as being an occasional AirBnB guest, I am a Host, and bought and renovated the apartment I have listed in 2013 specifically for AirBNB, and It is listed full time.
