The property consists of two separate units, and while you will have exclusive access to your unit, certain amenities on the property—such as the hot tub, fire pit, yard games, game room/garage, and swingset—will be shared with guests from the other unit. Our goal is to foster a sense of community among those who appreciate the beauty of Yosemite and the surrounding areas. However, if you are seeking complete privacy during your stay, we recommend considering alternative accommodations.

The main house includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

A fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities for convenience.

Outdoor amenities such as a hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, yard games, a game room in the garage, a swing set and rope swing, and a spacious front patio with Adirondack chairs.

The gamer's garage is equipped with a foosball table, arcade basketball, a ping pong table, a dart board, an air hockey table, and a pong video game console table that has 12 games for you to play!

We are roughly 20-30 mins from the Mariposa Grove Welcome Plaza/South Gate entrance to Yosemite National Park.

FYI: the neighbors have a goat that occasionally comes over. Please do not feed the goat! Feeding him will only encourage him to come onto the property more.

We offer Wi-Fi, but being in the mountains means connectivity isn’t always perfect. Speeds and reliability can vary depending on weather and network conditions.

Most guests find it works well for everyday use, but if you need guaranteed high-speed internet for work, important calls, or video conferencing then we suggest planning accordingly and having a backup plan.

I am a 43 year old fun loving, social, entrepreneur, I run a nation wide logistics management, warehousing and distribution business that focuses on my hobbies and interests of action sports equipment and green technology equipment called Frontline Distribution. My wife Andrea is a labor and delivery nurse and we bought this duplex about 3 years ago and love living and socializing in these great urban neighborhoods of San Diego. We love riding bikes, surfing, skiing, dirt biking, socializing, travelling as much as possible/ having great adventures and generally living life to the fullest!
