About This Listing
An elegant Trastevere terrace loft, extremely well located on a peaceful street, on the 4th floor (without lift). In this district you will find a beautiful square named like the famous church: Santa Maria in Trastevere, we suggest you to visit it!!
Also you can have a walk to the Gianicolo hill where you will have the most beautiful panoramic view of the city and you can have a rest in one of the bars you will find on your way!
By night the area offers several bars and nice restaurants.
This refined loft is all-bright thanks to a large glass window. The well-groomed terrace, full of plants, captures your attention, inviting you to seat down there, and suggesting you to drink a glass of wine.
The interior decoration is stylish and elegant, with bordeaux velvet sofas and armchairs, coloured walls, and precious lamps and abat-jour. Portraits are especially suggestive. A wooden stair will lead you on the mezzanine where you will find a king size bed, night tables, abat-jour, and some wardrobes for your clothes.
The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, oven, dish washer, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The necessary cooking equipment is provided. Central heating, air conditioning and Internet access are only some of the amenities most appreciated.
The bathroom is very spacious, with bathtub with a showerhead. A very nice window with view is a nice surprise.
According to me, this place is one of our best deals: fantastic location in the best part of the Trastevere area, wonderful apartment, pleasant terrace with plants! This is an eye-opener!So i think there are many reasons to chose this apartment!

This apartment is gorgeous and spacious, and the location is fantastic. It is not a luxury apartment in any way... more of a rustic beauty.
The loft sleeping area is fairly close to the ceiling, so if you are not a very short person, you have to be careful not to hit your head. There is also an unexpected deep-sunken 1 x 1 m area of the upstairs floor where it is very easy to fall in, especially in the middle of the night! With the 5 flight of stairs outside, and the stairs down from the sleeping loft, I would not recommend this to older people!
The kitchen area and bathroom are basic. Bring your own soap!
I was welcomed so warmly by the hosts of Bologna Terrace loft. The loft was beautiful, elegant, comfortable and cosy, and in a perfect location. A wonderful stay in Rome!
We were not met by Lorenzo but by some other nice person whose name i can't remember (!) and he acquainted us with the apartment. It's a lovely place, with a wonderful quiet terrace where we would end our day with a glass of wine. Because of the low beams upstairs in the bed area and the quirky floor, it was easy to bump your head but it was a fun place to be in and the location is perfect for everything; sightseeing, restaurants etc. We wouldn't hesitate in returning. Thanks Lorenzo.
Lovely apartment + a great trip to Rome. Everything you need + stylish layout. We had a superb time sightseeing + eating delicious roman food. Trastevere is an excellent central area to stay.
Quartier au Top!!! Logement conforme aux attentes.
Everything was great with booking and check-in. The apartment is in a perfect location, in a quiet pretty street but literally seconds away from shops, bars and restaurants of Trastevere - and only 10-15 minutes to walk to Campo de Fiore, Piazza Navona and much much more.
The apartment looks just like the photos, it's a little basic but everything works fine and the apartment is beautiful and very charming - everything you could need to enjoy a romantic getaway in an amazing city!
