  • Staying at Adreinne's place was a great experience. It was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from her description. We had a great time while in Berkeley and will definitely be back, hopefully staying here again. Adreinne was a communicative host and made sure to keep in touch with us while we were in town. We really appreciated her being available to answer questions if they had come up.

  • The house is located near to my workplace and very quiet place. There is a Walgreens very nearby, which is good place to get something quickly. For food, there are few restaurants in walking distance. The house is nice and clean. Nice kitchen and laundry. The 2 bedrooms are nice, but, it could be warmer. Overall I would recommend the place for a short/medium stay.

  • The place is clean with plenty of room. comfortable bed, high pressure water in the shower and a fully equipped kitchen. ceilings are a bit low which made it feel smaller, but there was plenty of room. Berkeley bowl is two blocks away and Walgreens around the corner, so shopping was very easy. Communication with Adreinne was minimal, but sufficient to get me in and coordinate when I left.

  • We got the 2 bedrooms (with 2 queen beds) and the privacy we wanted. Very workable as a landing place, as long as you are not spending a lot of time there. Less than 10min to UC Berkeley by car (without a car a bus to UC is less than 5-min walk away). Some limitations we encountered - some fixable and some not: Basement apartment is dark and we found it cold even in the mild October of the East Bay; cramped kitchen table seats only 2; had to use space heater to warm up the very cold bathroom for showers. No hot water in bathroom sink but plenty in the shower. All that being said, Adreinne has added some thoughtful touches to make visitors feel welcome, and we might use the apartment again when visiting the area, especially now that we know how to deal with some of the apartment's challenges.

  • Had a great time in Berkeley. The locations was quiet, which was nice, yet convenient for the Gourmet Ghetto and also very easy to get to the freeway for trips out of town. Nice kitchen and a great shower. Shame that the washer drier was not working, but we were only staying a week and had brought enought fresh clothing for the whole stay. Recommend 900 Grayson as a place for breakfast!

  • Adreinne is a very responsive host, and seamlessly organized our arrival and departure while she was out of town. The unit does seem a bit older, but it is clean and true to pictures. The kitchen seemed to be more recently renovated than the rest of the apartment. Overall, we had a nice stay at a clean and comfortable rental.

  • Very pleasant place with all the facilities. Thank you Adreinne.

  • Adrienne's place in Berkeley is simple but comfortable and convenient. It's less than a mile from the expressway, a mile or so from the BART and near other interesting neighborhoods. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. It's a great deal for people on a budget.

  • We stayed at Adreinne's place for a week to visit San Francisco. It was reasonably priced relative to the hotels and other Airbnb listings in the Bay Area. In terms of the actual listing, it was great. It fit five people easily. Although the apartment appeared old, everything was just cleaned as we arrived so there were no problems.
However, we wished it was closer to the BART station (about 10-15 minute walk). The surrounding area did not appear as safe as we had hoped, but we still walked from the BART station at night without any problems. I would recommend this listing if you have a car and you are staying local. I do not think this place is the perfect spot for visiting SF, but it worked for us at a good price.
Despite the location, our host Adreinne was always quick to respond and helped with any questions we had. She was an excellent host and she definitely was very professional.

  • We were visiting family in the area so this accommodation was convenient for us. The street is quiet and close to a Walgreens store and West Berkeley Bowl supermarket which was convenient as we did not have a car. We had to take a bus to the Bart although younger people may be able to walk it. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well set up with facilities. We would stay here again.
