Located just 8 minutes from the metro (Marie de Clichy) and train stations, the apartment is also close to shops and restaurants, the banks of the Seine and the Parc des Impressionnistes.
The space
Welcome to our bright and quiet 37 m² apartment, located in the charming town of Clichy, just outside Paris.
On the ground floor of a well-maintained building and a respectful neighborhood, this space is perfect for those looking for a relaxing stay close to all comforts without the inconvenience of overcrowded and congested areas, or enhanced security checks during events such as the Olympic Games.
The apartment is ideally arranged with:
A quiet bedroom with a comfortable double bed. (140 x 200 cm)
A living room equipped with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed (140 x 200 cm)
A fully equipped kitchen to allow you to prepare your meals in peace.
Bathroom and toilet.
The living room and bedroom overlook the garden to enjoy relaxing moments.
With high-speed WiFi included, stay connected throughout your stay.
A few steps from the apartment, you will find all the necessary shops: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.
A large park, (the Parc des Impressionnistes), is also within walking distance, and the banks of the Seine are just opposite, perfect for scenic walks.
Note: the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for children under 5 years old. Due to the space, interior layout and furniture arrangement, we cannot guarantee the necessary safety and comfort for toddlers. Thanks for your understanding.
To your attention: From January to the end of June 2025, our apartment is available only on a mobility lease (1 to 10 months), suitable for professionals on assignment, students on internship or training, and people in housing transition.
To book, please provide a valid ID and proof of eligibility (e.g. internship certificate, assignment contract, etc.).

Our apartment offers a perfect base for exploring famous attractions in Paris:
The nearest metro is line 13 at Mairie de Clichy station, accessible in about 8 minutes on foot.
Several bus lines that pass nearby include lines 165, 174, 175, 274, 341 and 54.
Clichy-Levallois train station, which is part of the L train line, is about a 10-minute walk away.
You can fully enjoy the excitement of Paris while having the opportunity to easily retreat to the tranquility of this apartment.

* From Gare de l'Est → 20 min drive or 25 min public transit
* From CDG Airport → 50 min by transit or 40 min by car
* From ORLY Airport → 1 hour by transit or 30 minutes by car
Once you arrive in front of the building:
The apartment is located on the ground floor, in a secure building.
The accommodation is private and fully allocated to guests.
- Check-in is possible from 3pm. Checkout must be completed by 10:00 a.m. You will receive all the information you need to access the apartment 3 days before your arrival.
Other things to note
We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. In order to do this, we would like to share some simple guidelines:
- Non-smoking area: To ensure a healthy environment for all our guests, please do not smoke inside the apartment.
- Pets not allowed: We love animals, but to maintain the cleanliness, allergy-free nature of our space, and the comfort of all, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them.
- No parties: To ensure the peace and quiet of our neighbors, we ask that you avoid parties and noisy gatherings, especially in the evenings.
