The district of Mitte is definitely the district with the most tourist attractions in the whole city. The list of sights and historical buildings and squares, is endless. The Brandenburg Gate, a landmark both before and after reunification, is the most famous monument in Berlin. From here the magnificent boulevard Unter den Linden runs almost all the way to Alexanderplatz with its Television Tower and World Time Clock. On the way you will be passing the Humboldt University, the oldest university in Berlin, Staatsoper (the Operahouse), Museumsinsel (the Museum Island) and the site of the future Stadtschloss (town castle).
The Museumsinsel (Museum Island) is a World Heritage site. It is a treasure-trove of famous museums. Friedrichstrasse is today a commercial shopping boulevard with noble and grand shopping stores like Galerie Lafayette, Quartier Latin and various international couture boutiques. The street leads to Checkpoint Charlie, the main gateway for the Allied forces, non-Germans and diplomats before the wall came down - and then leads on further to Oranienburger Strasse.
The former Jewish quarter is nearby and is a very popular district for going out and very famous for its nightlife and hip young crowd. Nearby you will find the Neue Synagoge and the Hackesche Höfe. Gendarmenmarkt, which is said to be one of the most beautiful squares in Europe, is also not far away. Here you will find buildings like the Schauspielhaus as well as the German and French Cathedrals.

Nice appartment, clean and warm, good position (really close to Spittelmarkt Station).Just one thing to be improved: wifi signal was not so strong. In the end, renting the apparment was a good choice, and we would like to suggest it, to everyone wants to visit the city for more than 4 days.
Was a fantastic location, close to the heart of Mitte and near other popular areas such as Alexanderplatz and Kreuzberg. Was so easy because it was right near a great U-Bahn line. I had a longer than holiday stay due to work and found the area peaceful and quiet.
Juergen and the owners of the apartment were very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more pleasant!
Martin's appartment is very well located, it was just what I had expected from the photos. Everything very clean and tidy, Very nice hot water, two windows with a lot of light, and noiseless in the evenig and (website hidden) was a very nice experience.I would certainly come back in the future.
The apartment is in a very good location, less than 100 meters to the underground, or 10 minutes walking to Alexanderplatz. In the middle of Mitte, very close to the Museum Island. Everything was really easy for us. The apartment is so quiet, no noises and really comfortable and clean. We have spent a whole week there, and we are really happy with our selection. If we go back to Berlin, we will try to go there again.
The studio is great! Just what we expected: good location, nice and new furniture, central heating with heated floor, kitchen facilities, meters from the u-bahn station. Host was waiting for us, just as agreed. We highly recommend it..
Es war wirklich wunderbar!
You really can't get a better location that this flat. It's a 2 minutes walk to the metro station (spittlemarkt), a 15 minutes walk to the AlexanderPlatz. The studio itself is new, comfortable and with nice touches and terrace. Clean, comfortable and convenient is the perfect combination. Martin was responsive and communicative and really helpful with us.
We enjoyed our long week-end and if we have to come back in Berlin we will book again that flat.

First of all, the most important thing :-)
Normally you will get an answer for every inquiry within the same day!
For whom is my service intended?
For everyone! My guests are very mixed – the businessman from New York feels as comfortable here as the young family from a small town. I welcome the culturally interested, those who come here to Berlin events like the Berlinale or Fashion Week, music lovers and clubbers, and those who just want a relaxing holiday. Everyone is welcome, from singles to extended families.
What’s my aim?
To offer friendly, comprehensive and straightforward service at moderate prices – no ifs and buts!
Who am I?
The idea of an unconventional apartment service was born in the sunny April of 2003 over a glass of wine, cheese and a baguette. The accommodation service was set up, and what was initially a bit of fun and a second job quickly grew into a profession and a passion. Add two staff members, three temporary assistants and a trainee – and you get an ambitious crew that aims to grow even further!
Where am I located?
The firm’s office is located in the legendary suburb of Prenzlauer Berg, a central location in the former east of the city. The ‘wild’ years that followed the fall of the Wall are past, but life here is still lively and upbeat. The apartments and rooms are in central locations of Berlin, especially in the West in a central location close to Kurfürstendamm (Nollendorfplatz), and also in the Eastern centre like Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt.
