The district of Mitte is definitely the district with the most tourist attractions in the whole city. The list of sights and historical buildings and squares, is endless. The former Jewish quarter is nearby and is a very popular district for going out and very famous for its nightlife and hip young crowd. Nearby you will find the Neue Synagoge and the Hackesche Höfe. • Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Berlin. We navigated the city easily from the Ubahn which was a 1min walk away, or walked because everything was so close! We stayed for 3 nights, and really felt comfortable and at home. There was a grearbakery on the corner for breakfast and the apartment is located in a quiet street. We would def recommend any of martins rooms as I'm sure they would all be perfect. I'm really picky and a bit of a clean freak and I couldn't fault one thing with this apartment. Will def be staying again next time we are in Berlin, beats a hotel hands down!!

  • We have stayed in an apartment in this building operated by Martin (& co) previously. Extremely well positioned, clean, well fitted out with appliances and cookware. Very safe area - could not ask for more! Will no doubt stay here again at some stage.

  • It is very clean light and comfortable apartment in Mitte located in the business area. Just 1 minute to the Splitermarkt subway station. Supermarket in 5 minutes, few cafes and restaurants nearby. It is good like a base for a touristic visit — all transport facilities and many sights are available by walk

It is apartment (something alike hotel), not an authentic Berlin flat so if you're looking for local cultural experience just try to find something else, but if you need an comfortable place for a short stay with all the things you need it is a right choice.

Martin is a very polite and helpful host. He would provide you with all the necessary info about stay, local area and etc.

  • We stayed in this beautiful, extremely clean and modern apartment for two weeks as tourists, in August. Everything was just perfect and as described before. Martin arrived shortly after our arrival and provided very detailed instructions, he was helpful and very nice. The apartment is completely new, it has a lovely little balcony to enjoy breakfast with a nice view of the street, the bed is comfy and... the shower is really great! We had everything we needed, several new towels, a well-functioning wi-fi and a even washing machine and dryer (but we didn’t use it).
It is perfectly centrally located in the financial district, you can find quite everything to see just a few streets away, only 10 minutes by foot you find Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, Nikolaiviertel as well as Kreuzberg. If you use public transport the metro U2 was literally 50mt from the apartment (3 stops from Alexander Platz) and also the 265 bus to go east along the river. Although it is very central it is very quiet too, and safe at night. I do really recommend this apartment and its host.

  • My wife and I stayed in Berlin for 3 nights and we loved (122)!! It was clean and bigger then we thought it would be. A great balcony to sit out on and relax! Top notch space! We would book (122) if ever back in Berlin! Jurgen and Martin were easy to reach. They even allowed us to get in an hour early. Met every need!! Thanks guys!

  • We stayed at Martin's apartment last week while in Berlin. Martin's apartment was extremely clean and located in a great area in the financial district. Martin provided very detailed instructions and was easy to connect with. The metro was literally 5 minutes from the apartment. It was a great apartment with a nice view of the street and an awesome balcony to sit and enjoy coffee on :) I will be recommending Martin's apartment to friends and family in Canada!

  • We were able to gain access early through liaison with the key holder, and were also allowed to leave bags beyond the deadline, so this facilty allowed the fullest use of our stay in Berlin. The apartment was very close to the Underground station, and was fully equipped, and the small balcony was a bonus in the hot weather.

  • We really enjoyed our stay in the Studio. It was centrally located, close tube station, clean and very pleasant. Check in and check out was easy. Thank you!

  • Comfortable, convenient and charming apartment, in an excellent location. Quiet apartment, walking distance to city centre or very close to U-bahn station if you don't fancy the walk. Area developing, but already home to some lovely restaurants and cafes. I would highly recommend.

First of all, the most important thing :-) Normally you will get an answer for every inquiry within the same day! For whom is my service intended? For everyone! My guests are very mixed – the businessman from New York feels as comfortable here as the young family from a small town. I welcome the culturally interested, those who come here to Berlin events like the Berlinale or Fashion Week, music lovers and clubbers, and those who just want a relaxing holiday. Everyone is welcome, from singles to extended families. What’s my aim? To offer friendly, comprehensive and straightforward service at moderate prices – no ifs and buts! Who am I? The idea of an unconventional apartment service was born in the sunny April of 2003 over a glass of wine, cheese and a baguette. The accommodation service was set up, and what was initially a bit of fun and a second job quickly grew into a profession and a passion. Add two staff members, three temporary assistants and a trainee – and you get an ambitious crew that aims to grow even further! Where am I located? The firm’s office is located in the legendary suburb of Prenzlauer Berg, a central location in the former east of the city. The ‘wild’ years that followed the fall of the Wall are past, but life here is still lively and upbeat. The apartments and rooms are in central locations of Berlin, especially in the West in a central location close to Kurfürstendamm (Nollendorfplatz), and also in the Eastern centre like Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt.
