Finola was very nice to deal with from the start and very accommodating with regard to check-in. The rooms were great and I slept like a baby. Breakfast was great and set me up for the whole day.

Thank you Brian it was my great pleasure to host you and your party. I'm delighted you enjoyed your stay. I love making breakfast and even better to see it disappear; in itself a challenge! If you're in this part of the world again look me up. Warmest regards, Finola

Finola and her husband were the perfect hosts! Quick communication, and considerate in every way. We felt like we were part of the family. They have a beautiful home and area where my children felt safe and welcome to play and enjoy life to their heart's content. My children loved playing with the cute little dogs, and walking & brushing the donkey and searching for eggs in the morning. Amazing experience. The beds were blissfully comfortable, and the shower programed to the most perfect setting. Enough towels and amenities for us all. Every possible need was anticipated and taken care of. They have black out curtains so we could sleep as long as we wanted. We loved the flexible check in/check out time so we could catch up on our sleep. Breakfast was massive and delicious!! Both Finola and her husband cooked for us, and taught us all about Irish breakfast. Wow! Finola has a lot of certificates for her many trainings in healing. Clearly she has a lot of experience and passion for caring for others. We love our stay, and meeting such a wonderful couple. The type of people we instantly felt comfortable with and could talk and laugh together for hours.

Finola was such a great host ! Our night was perfect (even if it wasn't in the place it was supposed to be-no problem, just few meters up). We were treated really well, she and her co-host always made sure we had everything we needed! Special mention to the delicious breakfast and the sweet donkey in the yard ;) I recommend this B&B !

Thank you Fatou for the lovely review. I'm glad I was able to accommodate you at short notice. It was a very busy weekend in the area. You and Matthew are such wonderful guests. I really enjoy cooking (even my children have successful careers in the food industry). It was a real pleasure being your host. I hope you had a safe trip back to Paris. X

The stay at Finola's house was truly amazing experience. Stunning views, peaceful atmosphere, friendly dogs and donkeys and extremely welcoming, polite and interesting hosts. What is more, I had the biggest breakfast in my life there and delicious too! Its quite close to hiking hills and there is nice pub nearby as well. I would definitely suggest to stay at Finola's place. 10/10 experience!

The Place was great and the welcome wholesome. Michael was an entertaining and generous host and I had the hospitality of the living room for the evening. The bedroom was lovely and the wifi worked perfectly. I had a great breakfast after a walk in this scenic area

I was made to feel very welcome from the minute I booked. Finola was keen to provide an enjoyable stay, something that was achieved. It's not an easy place to find but Finola was on the end of the telephone to guide me in. The house is in beautiful countryside and the family own animals e.g. dogs, hens and miniature donkeys. It's lovely and quiet!

What can I say? We'll talk about hospitality 5 stars, room 5 stars, barthroom spotless. Breakfast was one of the best I've had . I stay in up to 4 hotels or b&b per week and this is up there with the best finola and her husband should be chuffed as punch with themselves .a huge thanks and can't wait to go to Irland again.

Hello, Finola recently started up this B&B. it's an excellent opportunity to avail of the tranquil surroundings with magnificent views of The Mourne Mountains. You get to sleep in a very comfortable bed, get a 5* breakfast (you can go to the hen house and collect your own eggs for breakfast) and relax. Finola also breeds miniature donkeys at present there are 8.
Finola is also an Energy Medicine Practitioner using The BodyTalk System, you can avail of a session at a reduced rate if you are staying in the B&B, normally £45 reduced to £30.
Small dogs Lhasa Apsos are in the living room kitchen area.
