Indian Peaks is located in Fraser, CO in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. We are only minutes away from hiking, downhill mountain biking, fishing, & Rocky Mountain National Park in the summer as well as downhill skiing, tubing, snowshoeing, & cross country trails, during the winter.

The space
The only place you can find a private indoor hot tub all to yourself! Great for romantic getaways, relaxing in after a long day hiking, or fun for a family getaway.

Guest access
You have access to the entire two bedroom/two bathroom condo during your stay. It's all yours! Check out our tour on YouTube!

Other things to note
Grand County as a whole is a gem. It has a friendly, local atmosphere and vibe. The county itself is the size of Rhode Island with plenty to explore. During the summer season there are music, art, and food festivals aplenty. Come winter we are host to world renown skiing and other outdoor snowy activities like snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, and dog sled rides to name a few.

Fraser Valley Hot Dog is my favorite place to grab lunch. It's a tiny hole in the wall, but well worth it! For dinner I like to skip in between Randi's Irish Pub, Casa Mexico (they serve you homemade tequila out of a hoof for free at the end of every meal,) Deno's (hosts a fantastic happy hour,) and Fonetnot's (even has a killer brunch option on weekends only.) If you haven't had Colorado mountain pizza pies Hernando's is a must! Start with the antipasto salad and get the Mediterranean-you'll be happy you did! Carver's or Sharkey's are great breakfast joints.

Year Round: Get a little taste of history at the Cozen's Museum. Enjoy a round of bowling or a movie night at the Foundry (the bathrooms are amazing!) Take a trip to Hot Sulphur Springs to soak after a fun day outdoors. There is the cutest little candy shop on the right before you hit the springs-if it's open stop in and indulge your sweet tooth! Take a nice scenic drive through Rocky Mountain National Park in search of wildlife sightings.

Summer: Music festivals, art fairs, whiskey, wine, and beer tastings a plenty each weekend from mid-June to mid-August. Into things on two wheels? No problem! We have cross country, downhill, and road biking a plenty. ATV rentals are nearby and there is so much terrain to explore. Into beaches and boats? No problem! Grand County is host to multiple lakes, rivers, reservoirs with a number of marinas full of rental options. Fishing, hiking, summer tubing, zip lining, rafting, horseback riding and more-you couldn't be bored if you tried.

Fall: The aspens are a popping, the weather is fine, and the crowds are gone. Looking for a cost-effective getaway where you don't have to wait in line for anything? Fall is the season for you! Hiking, biking, rafting, boating, hunting, fishing, and anything outdoorsy all without the crowds.

Winter: Enjoy a day on the slopes at Winter Park Resort. Ski into the night at Ski Granby Ranch on weekends. Head to the Historic Fraser Tubing Hill for some adult and kid sized fun. Try out a dog sled ride, hop a hot air balloon, or take a sleigh ride and enjoy some hot cocoa. Snowshoeing, cross country skiing, fat tire biking, and more outdoor activities are at your finger tips.

Spring: Into rafting? This is the season for you! Once the snow starts to melt the rivers start to rise and the rapids are ready for the adrenaline junky!

I've lived in the Winter Park area for the last eleven years and can't seem to leave. This place is just so magical! I love to cook, read, snowboard, camp, hike, and be outdoors. When traveling it's all about the experience, the culture, the adventure, and the food.
