Comfortable and well-equipped apartment in the green belt. Without traffic noise, but near enough to all you need from day to day and during your vacation. The lake, shops, cafés and restaurants can be reached easily and quickly.
It's in the green belt of the City of Siófok. The long building is on a lush grassy area. The apartment has its own entrance and comprises a bedroom, a large eat-in kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a separate WC. The bedroom has a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed and offers adequate space for 2-3 adults or a family with two children.
The use of the enclosed parking place and the Internet (W-LAN) is free of charge.
The distance to the busy city centre is approximately 3 km. On the way to Lake Balaton, there is a railway station, a post office, a bus stop, numerous restaurants, a tattoo salon, a bicycle rental service, discotheque, tobacconist, and currency exchange bureaus, as well as a variety of shops that you can reach on foot and where you can buy foodstuffs, fruit and vegetables, or bathing items. The use of the well-kept beach is free of charge. There is a bicycle path leading to the centre of the city along the shore promenade. Here, there are also mooring facilities for sailing boats, numerous restaurants and pedal boats for hire. For guests with cars or bikes, the tourist attractions and beautiful sights around Lake Balaton are easy to reach and admire. You can go across to the north shore either with the ferry or a boat. In front of the mountain range of volcanic origin, you have an overview of the entire lake area and the local flora and fauna. After a short car trip, you reach the historical sites and ruins from times long past that have played a prominent role in Hungary's history. To round off the enjoyable day, you can visit one of the numerous restaurants and get to know the culinary delights of the Hungarian cuisine.
Guests over the age of 18 have to pay a tourist tax of 400 HUF (approx.1.50 EUR) per person and night. The total amount is payable in cash upon registering in the host's guest book.
The guests have unrestricted and exclusive access to the rented apartment, the terrace area on the garden side of the apartment and the passenger-car parking space in front of you house door. The garden is used jointly by all other guests and the host.
Interaction with Guests
The apartment is one of four residential units in a communal building. The host lives next door in the same building and personally manages the guest apartment and check-in/check-out formalities, including receipt of the municipal tourist tax, gives advice and provides the guests with local information, and takes care of any technical problems which may occur in the apartment.
Noise-free, peaceful and safe environment. Situated a little outside the city, but near enough to the hustle and bustle of a popular holiday resort, as well as to the lake with its refreshing swimming facilities.

Leave the apartment in a well-swept state and check out, at the latest, at the time stated so that the host can also welcome the following guests to a clean apartment.
