Lovely apartment in Rome (historical center) perfect for a laisure trip or vacation or for work... that is for a day, a weekend or a week.

The Space

The room, very clean & care with attention to every detail, has TV, air conditioning and free wifi, large beds and private bathroom with big shower and huge rain. Cleanliness and friendliness and maximum comfort for a stay in 5 stars.

Guest Access

You'll have private double room with bathroom inside (and a very big shower!), towels, lines, soaps, everything new!!!
You could relax yourself at my coffee corner, a space in the house free for your stay.
You can also find cool water/drink in the fridge...

Interaction with Guests

I'm often at home & I love very much chat and have fun with my guests. I'm ever online by Whatsapp or email so if you need tips on restaurants, bar, public trasport or about what to see you have just to say.

The Neighborhood

During your stay you can live a full life and the Roman nightlife, plan and free guided tour, take a break in one of the most popular bars for coffee (Caffè Sant'Eustachio), experiment cooking classes, chat over a cup of tea, have a relaxing massage ... and much more. My neighborhood, Rione Pigna, is full of specialty shops, pubs, restaurants and taverns, bars, theaters, markets, and is certainly one of the oldest and most appreciated in Rome. A few steps from the Tiber, from the Trevi Fountain, the Ghetto and Trastevere is the ideal starting point to explore the city and its colors.

Getting around

Very close e well connected to Termini Station, with bus and metro and near to the main tourist attractions (Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo de Fiori, Piazza di Spagna, Via del Corso, Imperial Forum, Colosseum, St. Peter's ... it's all very close, even on foot!)

Other Things to Note

Everything is special at mine!
When you stay here you can have special treatment as free (massages, manicure...: depending on the availability of the moment). You have only to say at your arrive or before of it.

  • Elisabetta is a great host! She is warm and kind and helpful! I must say her breadfast was excellent! The apartment was spacious, cozy, very tidy and clean and even romantic with a big living room n open kitchen. Definitely the best ending for our honeymoon :)

  • Location location location. That is first and foremost what you are paying for at this cute little bnb. Two minutes to the pantheon. Twenty to the colosseum and thirty or so the Vatican all by foot. From here you can go anywhere with ease and a little muscle. We absolutely loved having the ability to explore every neighborhood in rome from our starting point.

Elisabetta is incredibly helpful. She arranged transport from the airport to her hotel at a price lower than city cab rates. She also went out of her way to help us track down one of our bags that was lost by the airline. She ensured it was not only found but she hand delivered it to out room. Without her help, out lack of Italian language skills may have made that ordeal much more challenging. We are incredible grateful for her help and her exemplary customer service.

The rooms you are staying in are modest but true to the pictures. They are the size you would expect for the roman city center. The bed was very comfortable given how hard beds can be in Italy.

The main area of the bnb is a common area where breakfast is served from 8:30-10. We did not get to try breakfast as we usually were out of the building before to catch a guided tour. Elisabetta provided us with a coupon to buy (email hidden) (Italian for cafe) downstairs instead which was nice.

A little pricy in the peak season but everywhere is! We had a wonderful time and cannot thank the hostess enough for her help with out luggage- an ordeal that could have ruined out entire trip. We would absolutely recommend this bnb and even more so if you are coming off season and can get the room at a low price.

  • I really like This b&b probably my fav of all the ones i stayed at in my trip thru Italy. The location could
Not be better as the apartment is around the block from the Pantheon . Within a few minutes walk from the trevi fountain and the Coliseum. There are all kinds of restaurants and shops near by.
The apartment is all renovated in a nice older building.
Eli is a very nice and enjoyable person. She open the door with a big smile and was very welcoming. We could have talk all morning!
i will come back to her place if back in Rome. I would recommend any one to stay here!

  • Elisabetta is wonderful!! She ordered us a car to pick is up at the airport and bring us straight to her place. The apartment is on a nice quiet street in the center of Rome, steps from the Parthenon and so close to everything. The room is beautiful, clean and quiet - what more could you ask for. She even made us a delicious breakfast of warmed-up croissants, juices and coffee. I would recommend her to all my friends!

  • We spent 4 nights with Elisabetta and it was fantastic:) she arranged our FCO transfer to the B&B, accommodated our early arrival and gave us some great local recommendations for places to see and eat! The room was clean and overlooked the small street that the B&B sat on. It was walking distance to so many sites: the Pantheon, Piazza Navona (my favorite, gelateria Frigidarium is a MUST!) and Piazza Campo de Fiori. If you're visiting Rome, definitely stay with Elisabetta!

  • Our host, Elisabetta, was very kind and helpful. She met us early ( we had a flight change and arrived early in Rome) and allowed us to store our bags. The location is just amazing...minutes from the Pantheon. Most comfortable bed in Italy!!
