Owner rent spacious apartment of 100 m2 -Not Shared!- (7 pers. Max.) With stunning sea and mountain views, the harbor and the town of Llançà, with two terraces with garden furniture (table + chairs), large living room with fireplace , solid wood rustic furniture, sofa and armchairs, satellite TV, large windows and terrace for breakfast, lunch and dinner, one guest bathroom (toilet + sink), 1 bathroom (bath with glass partitions, toilet, sink , washing machine), equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, refrigerator + freezer), 2 double rooms (1 with terrace for breakfast), 1 double, 1 single.
We can provide house linen for €5 per person (sheets + hand towels + bath towels).
The house is in a very quiet residential area called 'The Battery / La Batería', on top of a hill overlooking the village on one side and the other side the Port of Llançà, which is accessible on foot and by car. The nearest beaches and coves are within 500 meters walk. Supermarkets, shops, mini-golf (which serves the best Belgian beer and sandwiches), children's entertainment park and restaurants very close.
IMPORTANT: in July/August we rent the apartment only for weeks.
Market day is the wednesday.
The train station is at 1yd 1.5932ft away from the villa.
Llançà is situated between the towns of Colera and Puerto de La Selva, between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, and is one of the few towns in the Northern Costa Brava has a railway service (RENFE Line Portbou-Figueres-Girona-Barcelona ), a bus service and excellent communications by road. The nearest airport is at Girona (75 km. / 46.60 miles).

-The village of Llançà (downtown).
-Coastal paths and mountain.
-Monastery of Sant-Pere de Rodes and the Castle of St. Salvador.
-Take a cup of champagne while watching the sunset from the Castle of Quermançó.
-The Cap de Creus National Park and the villages of Port de La Selva, Cadaquès and Port-Lligat, where Dalí lived.
-Take a dinner under the moonlight at the Restaurant of the Cap de Creus Lighthouse, while listening music.
-Take a typical breakfast at the Wine Cooperative of Garriguella.
-Lunch or dinner at "Chez Mario" Le Provençal Restaurant, in the Port of Llançà.
-The Castle and Museum of Peralada, and the casino with 3 restaurants. The "Music Festival" of Peralada too.
-The Dalí Museum and the Toys Museum of Figueres.
-Buy in Pau the best olive oil in the region.
-The Greco-Romans ruins of Empúries.
