  • Had a great stay in Brooklyn. The apartment is right by the subway so great for getting into Manhattan. There is a lovely cafe next door where we had breakfast every day. The beds are very comfortable and clean, and there is no road noise as they are at the back of the building. Liani was friendly and welcoming, on our first morning we had no hot water, she was onto it immediately and it was fixed within about an hour. All in all, good value and I would definitely recommend these apartments - we may even be back!

  • Liani was brilliant, very welcoming and helpful. The flat is in a good location a short cab or subway ride away from the hipster areas of Brooklyn and within easy each of Manhattan. The flat was clean and felt safe and secure. A great base in NYC.

  • What an amazing experience! The place is cozy, super clean and matched the photos. The apartment is beautiful and warm just as Liani's personality.
It is literally 1/2 a block from the subway station!
Would consider it again and again and would HIGHLY recommend it.

  • Liani was such a kind and helpful host who really put in effort to make sure we knew where to find the best of Brooklyn. Her response to all our questions was speedy and supportive. This was our first Air Bnb experience and it was a great one. The apt is really cute and clean, the building itself is a bit noisy with water pipes and whatnot (so a heads up for the real light sleepers). That said, 4 of us stayed there and were very comfortable. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place.

  • Liani has been a very good host. We rented the two apartments very nice both of them. Very cozy and next to the metro station (g line). The neighborhood is fine and peaceful. Hope to come back soon!!

  • My family and I stayed with Liani for the NYC Marathon. We had a wonderful time. The place was quiet, near a subway and CLEAN! She had great recommendations of where to eat.
She was a wonderful host and we plan to stay with her again soon!

  • We, a family of five, stayed at Lianis apartment for 10 days - it was really good. The subway is just outside the door to the building (but no noise from the subway in the apartment) and it took only about 20 minutes to get to Union square on Manhattan (we did it once in only 13 minutes from closing the apartment building door :-) ).

The neighbourhood is a calm residential area wich felt slightly worn-down, but safe and a nice contrast to the high-pressure tempo of Manhattan.

The apartment itself was nice and the facilities worked very well, except for the TV, which was a bit hard to understand - not that anyone missed it very much. The heating system also took some time to understand but we managed to get the hang of it after a few days. A big plus was the complimentary WiFi internet access that helped all of us a lot.

Liani was an excellent host. Welcoming us at arrival and giving us a small tutorial about the apartment, transportation and nearby facilities. She was also very friendly, helpful and quick to respond when we asked for help at some occasions, such as arrangements for luggage and taxi at our departure.

All in all, Liani and the apartment was an excellent base for our New York City adventure.

  • Our first visit to Brooklyn and NYC, so the ease of communicating with Liani and the help she provided was very welcome indeed. 3 of us stayed for 5 nights and the apartment and surrounding area had everything we needed to feel comfortable and have a base for exploring. We took up Liani's local restaurant suggestions and really liked buying breakfast (assortment of fresh bagels and fruit - yum!) at Cinnamon Girl next door. The apartment is ideally situated right opposite the subway and its quick and easy to get into Manhattan. Thanks Liani!
