The Loft of Art is absolutely gorgeous. The location is extremely quiet, so you can perfectly recover from sightseeing. Nevertheless, the Apparment is so central that all the highlights of rome can be reached quickly. And the sun while having breakfast on the terrace is just priceless!
The loft is a great place if you are looking for somewhere different to stay in Rome. The neighbourhood is accessible and friendly and you can reach most of the major sights in the centre by taking either bus 87 or 628, both of which leave from just around the corner. The metro is 5 minutes walk away. The loft itself doesn't disappoint, although it is definitely not suitable for toddlers or the infirm! If travelling in a group with luggage I would definitely recommend booking Ricardo's taxi from the airport. Our reservation and check-in were both expertly handled by Silvia and Margherita.
we had a really nice time at the loft. value for money wise it was excellent and it's a nice place to come back to after a day of exploring. The owners were great to deal with in terms of flexibility
The loft is very special and enough space for your own privacy.
It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and very convenient.
the apartment is absolutely amazing! Silvia is very friendly and helpful.Everything there is perfect! My friend and i like the apartment very very much! Highly recommended this lovely apartment!
Because we left your apartment in hurry,we didn't leave your house very clean.sorry for that!
Lovely and clean place! Me and my friends had a great stay here, such a beautiful and unique loft. Everything we needed was available, and the host even provided a local map which was very useful.
Beautiful and clean apartment. Exactly as advertised. Great location 5 minutes from metro. The neighborhood was very nice and I felt very safe walking from the metro at night.
The loft is lovely!!
Definitely will contact again if I go back to Rome.
Every single detail is just perfect and comfortable.
We had a very nice stay, the loft is exactly as shown on the pictures! Sadly we didn't get to meet Sebastiano but his next door neighbour showed us around and told us everything we needed to know about the area and made us feel very welcomed.
Location was also quite nice, 5 mins to the metro station and only a few stops to all the main attractions. Would definitely stay again, thanks!
Sebastiano and Margherita are great and helpful hosts! Communication with Sebastiano is always clear and detailed! Margherita and cute Gabriele were there to welcome us and also provided detailed information on the shops/restaurants around the loft and the best routes to travel to all the tourist attractions.
The loft is lovely, neat, comfortable and well-equipped! It is exactly as shown in the photos. Felt just like home! =>
It is near the Metro station (few minutes walk) and most of the tourist attractions are on the same Metro line (Line A). There is a direct bus service from the loft to the Colosseum as well.
Wish we could stay longer and would come back again on the next trip to Rome.
