Rustic, private studio apartment with a personal entrance,sunroom, view of the woods and sunset,
small dining area, kitchenette,half bathroom with sink and adjacent shower stall, full size bed with basic mattress and slat wood bed.
Home is surrounded by trees; going from the gate to the door, there are tree roots which may be difficult for people with mobility issues.
The studio is cleaned regularly before and after every visit,occasionally spider or web may appear.

Franklin our Beagle is kept inside unless with the owners, there is a small fenced area on the side of the house where he might be relaxing outside.

Please note that we have two indoor cats upstairs;they won't be in your space but if you are very sensitive you may need to know they are in the upstairs space.

Neighborhood highlights

Quiet backyard and neighborhood in walking distance to downtown Crozet and Old Trail Village. Old Trail has some nice walking trails that take you to Licking Hole creek, as well as Grit Coffee Shop and a couple restaurants.
Crozet Park which is a 2 mile drive has a dog park. Mint Springs park is a 2 minute drive and has several trails and swimming lake and picnic shelters.
