There is also a dock for catch and release fishing or just kicking back and enjoying the gorgeous view.

Traveler's have access to the entire house and property. When you rent it, it's yours.

This rate covers 8 guests, all guests over the initial 8 will be charged $15 a night per person. An $800 event fee will be added for large events. Weddings are not allowed on the property. Also, there is no charge for children under 10 years of age. Please email the property manager for more details.

Neighborhood highlights

This property is located in the countryside just east of San Antonio. I have lived in the area all of my life and I have a deep love for the friendly feel of the neighboring small towns just a few miles away. I definitely recommend attending either the Peanut Festival in Floresville (October) or the Bluebonnet Festival in La Vernia (May). Both towns are just a few miles away from the property. Both events feature a parade, carnival and live music. Of course, Downtown San Antonio isn't too shabby either. It is one of the most vibrant and culturally diverse cities in the country and this house is just a few minutes away from the downtown area. If you're going to be traveling here in April, don't miss out on your chance to be a part of Fiesta San Antonio, one of the largest and most exciting celebrations in the US. I personally think anyone who can, should make a trip out here just for that, its a blast!
