Welcome to the Dueling Bears cabin on the Cowlitz River! This beautiful home boasts spectacular views and is relaxation at its finest. Located just 25 minutes from Mount Rainier (Steven's Canyon Entrance) and 30 minutes from White pass ski resort. This home provides many outdoor activities and opportunities! Boasting 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 living areas and an outdoor space for kids and adults a-like, this cabin is a destination must see. Welcome home to your Packwood escape!

The space
Upon arriving at the cabin, you will be greeted with a multi-window, beautiful two-story newly built cabin! Sliding glass doors allow you to enter into the first living space, with 2 bedrooms on the first floor. One full bathroom is off of the main bedroom, featuring a king bed and built-in twin bunk beds. This is perfect for traveling families! The second room is a queen room, with a powder bath and laundry room located directly across. There is also an entrance, which features the keypad to enter in the home and leads you outside to the perfectly designed covered fire pit and hot tub. Firewood provided! (seasonal and following burn bans). As you go upstairs, you will enter into the second living area as well as the kitchen, and master suite. The kitchen, living room, and master boast amazing views of the epic landscape. There is also a covered porch, seating area (for 10), dining room (seating for 6), and barbecue for you to enjoy the peaceful river views. One full bath in the master suite and 1/2 bath outside of the living area.

**The house is situated on a dead end road. There are surrounding homes and you will have neighbors**

Other things to note
The house in on a street of homes! You will have neighbors, but much of your own space as well. Please consider when booking.

Garbage and recycling are located on the right side of the home, looking at the house straight on.

Parking is allowed on the property, as well as the street directly in front of property.

The toilet paper is thin! This is due to the septic system that was required for building permits.

River access out front and down the street. The river DOES change course every winter depending on mother nature. Please take precautions when entering the river. Swim at your own risk. NO lifeguard on duty.

No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk in the hot tub as well. There are 2 locking clips on the hot tub cover as a safety precaution.
