Our experience at Juniper Springs Ranch was perfect. Would rent this again in a heartbeat. Ed and Lynne were amazing host and the space was ideal. They offered a warm welcome, great recommendations, and really added to our trip to the Bend area. Don't debate any further, reserve this place for your trip!
Beautiful countryside! Juniper Springs Guest House is such a lovely get-away! Edwin and Lynne greeted us with smiles and a glass of wine! It was such a wonderful way to be welcomed in to the guest house. We had a wonderful time and will be back :) Most definitely!
We had an amazing weekend getaway at the Juniper Springs Ranch guesthouse. Bend is a very special place and Ed and Lynne's guesthouse is as good as it gets. The place is close enough to downtown Bend so that it's a quick drive there but far enough away so that you really feel secluded and like you are out in the middle of the country. The property itself is gorgeous and we enjoyed feeding the horses carrots and watching the llamas do their thing. While we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Lynne we enjoyed speaking with Ed who is a great guy (he might even bring you breakfast in bed). Ed told us that they didn't move to Bend for any reason other than the fact that it's Bend. And there's no other reason needed to visit either. Amazing hikes, amazing breweries and beautiful views everywhere you look. Highly highly highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thanks Ed and Lynne!
This was our third amazing visit with Ed and Lynne--and this time we threatened to move in with them! Kind, genuine, hospitable people with a beautiful home and grounds. They have a lovely studio-type cottage attached to their home. It looks out onto a beautiful garden and an unbelievable view of the Cascades. Don't miss this place! It's a true gem in Bend. Since this was our third visit with them, they greeted us with a cheese plate and champagne! Wow! You bet we'll be back! Thanks again Lynne and Ed :)
This is the 4th time we have stayed with Ed and Lynne and it just keeps getting better. After the hectic process of planes, shuttles and cars, it is wonderful to arrive at a place that is so relaxed and comfortable. It's the hidden gem we all hope to find on our travels.
We had a great stay! Ed was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed to have a good stay. The property is beautiful!!! And the lattes and chocolate croissants on the last morning were an awesome touch!
About the Host, Edwin & Lynne
Ed, semi-retired after 40 years in technology, loves taking care of our 20-acre Juniper Springs Ranch and the animals. Lynne is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate in Bend selling residential and ranch property. Together we love to entertain! From dinner parties to llama baseball with friends (you have not played baseball until you have to run the bases with a furry friend!) to just sitting in the garden chatting with friends, we love our country life. Lynne also likes horseback riding, hiking, Reiki practice and many outdoor activities including her 1/4 acre flower garden. Ed enjoys fishing, hiking and fixing things around the ranch. We will share with you our love of Central Oregon, where to hike, where to ski, where to eat, where to shop and where you can go just to hang out or walk the River Trail. Come enjoy the magic of Bend.
