HORSE & LLAMA Friendly! Bring yours or pet ours!
We welcome our guests, provide information about local hot spots and recreation orally and with brochures and guide book in room and are happy to fulfill any special needs they have during their stay. We do have a blow-up bed to accommodate children.
Erickson Road (email hidden) road a few minutes east of town in the heart of year-round road cycling terrain. Roads are fairly flat with small hills, little traffic and idyllic scenery of farms and open public lands with old growth scenery. We are located a mile from public (BLM) land for long walks by the canals. All this, and we are less five minutes from major shopping at Whole Foods, Costco, Safeway, Starbucks, great restaurants and brewery, Barnes & Noble and many others . Another five minutes takes you into town to both the popular downtown Bend and The Old Mill District.

Ed and Lynne were great hosts! Their house is lovely and the private room and bathroom were everything we needed! The garden and land was gorgeous and nice to walk around on in the evenings. Lots of privacy, but Ed and Lynne were available if we needed anything. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Bend.
This rural spot, close to urban convenience and wilderness hiking, is a spectacular alternative to a hotel/motel, with comfortable accommodations, beautiful garden, extensive property to wander, and animals to observe/interact with. Most highly recommended to people visiting Bend with dogs. (There is no separate dog fee, and Bend turns out to be kind of an off-leash paradise). Our hosts were most helpful whenever we encountered them, which wasn't often. Spacious, colorfully appointed guest room has a private entrance through the garden. We visited the first weekend in summer, just after late spring rains, and to drought-impacted Californians with a German shepherd, this leafy, green oasis was just the ticket.
We really enjoyed our time on the ranch.Ed and Lynn had good local knowledge and were very hospitable. We were in the countryside but were only 10 mins drive from downtown.Fantastic.
Such a gorgeous (email hidden) peaceful and relaxing! Ed and Lynne were terrific hosts! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is considering an airbnb stay in Bend. Thanks, Ed, for the special last day treat...what a nice surprise!
Edwin and Lynne are the ultimate hosts offering genuine hospitality, warm & inviting personalities, and a peaceful ranch setting. The guest room is lovely and offers everything you need to relax and catch your breath. There is a push-button fireplace which offers immediate heat and relaxation; the mini-kitchen and closet storage space work well. Bathroom and shower are clean and inviting; sunflower tiles are unique and beautiful. Upon meeting Edwin and Lynne you feel like you have been greeted by family. Big thumbs up !!!
This was our first time using airbnb. What originally caught our eye about the ranch was the beautiful exterior and interior shots. When we got there it was even more beautiful in person. There is a gorgeous view of the mountains and the ranch provides peaceful scenery. Getting to all the breweries from this location was really easy as well. Edwin & Lynne are wonderful hosts who have really thought of everything. From the built in soaps in the shower to the coffee maker and microwave, we are very appreciative for all the accommodating touches. We really enjoyed this place and are looking forward to returning in the future. Thanks Edwin and Lynne!
We had a great stay with Edwin and Lynne. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom and bathroom with separate entrance and a sunset view of the mountains west of Bend. Our dog had a great time too.
Juniper Springs was a very enjoyable experience. The farm, and all the animals are great. The room is very equipped, clean, and inviting. Edwin and Lynne are inviting and very nice people. Would definitely stay there again!
We had a great stay! My husband really enjoyed riding his road bike on the route where the time trial was held for the Cascade Cycling Classic in 2013 which was nearby. We aren't farm kids, but had a great time seeing the horses, chickens, roosters and all the dogs. The highlight of the stay was seeing an owl right off of Erickson Rd. each evening as we turned in. The accommodations were quite cozy. Edwin and Lynne were out of town for most of our stay, but Lynne stopped in on our last morning and was very helpful and fun to chat with.
Juniper Springs Ranch is a beautiful location, and the room is quite lovely. We had a wonderful time during our visit. Unfortunately, Lynne and Edwin were not there, so we didn't get to meet them, but hope to do so next time.
