We had such a wonderful weekend staying at Juniper Springs Ranch!!! Our guest suite was cute and comfy. It had everything we could need--toiletries, dishes, fridge, Keurig and microwave. It made staying there with our 19 month old so easy! The walk in closest was big enough for her pack n play so she had her own little space to sleep.
The ranch is beautiful. Our toddler enjoyed the animals (who were all friendly!) and loved running around the gardens and yard exploring :) The views of three sisters and sunsets were fabulous!!
The ranch is a great location. Just 10 minutes from town. We feel like we got the best of both worlds by getting to experience Bend in both the urban and rural settings!!
My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Ed and Lynne's beautiful home just outside of Bend, OR. They were both very welcoming and helped get us oriented to the area. The room was spacious, quiet and like a studio apartment with a small kitchenette. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting in or nearby Bend.
Lynne and Edwin were great!! Their home was warm and inviting, and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, offering us a cold beer when we arrived (it was in the 90's) and bringing us chocolate croissants and lattes to our room the morning we left! The in-law was perfect size for the two of us, and the pantry full of dishes and utensils came in handy more than once. We spent mornings and several evenings lounging in the garden and strolling the ranch. My fiancee even got to ride one of the horses. All in all, a great stay!
Ed & Lynne were excellent hosts and the ranch is simply beautiful.
For us, we were looking to visit the town of Bend, while also being on the true land surrounding the area. Juniper Springs Ranch turned out to be the perfect mix for us. In the future we'll make sure to spend more than just two nights, so we can take advantage of leisurely days and evenings in the spectacular garden. The GARDEN! Amazing!
Our stay at the ranch was delightful. We were greeted by the hosts with a glass of lovely red wine and croissants. They showed us around the ranch and our suite. Perfect! Beautifully decorated suite and so comfortable. We could not have asked for a nicer place to have a mini-vacation.
Second stay at this unique and wonderful B and B and this time the garden was in full flourish. It feels like staying on the family farm- without the chores! We will surely return soon.
Our experience at Juniper Springs Ranch was perfect. Would rent this again in a heartbeat. Ed and Lynne were amazing host and the space was ideal. They offered a warm welcome, great recommendations, and really added to our trip to the Bend area. Don't debate any further, reserve this place for your trip!
About the Host, Edwin & Lynne
Ed, semi-retired after 40 years in technology, loves taking care of our 20-acre Juniper Springs Ranch and the animals. Lynne is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate in Bend selling residential and ranch property. Together we love to entertain! From dinner parties to llama baseball with friends (you have not played baseball until you have to run the bases with a furry friend!) to just sitting in the garden chatting with friends, we love our country life. Lynne also likes horseback riding, hiking, Reiki practice and many outdoor activities including her 1/4 acre flower garden. Ed enjoys fishing, hiking and fixing things around the ranch. We will share with you our love of Central Oregon, where to hike, where to ski, where to eat, where to shop and where you can go just to hang out or walk the River Trail. Come enjoy the magic of Bend.
