It is a very cozy living in Uptown New York. The neighborhood is safe and classy. Though it's an old building, kitchen and bathroom are updated. However we did encountered problems the first day we moved in. The hot water in the shower doesn't work due to the building's issue. Nicole is very responsive and helpful.
Again, it's an old building so that the door is a little bit tricky. But it will work out well after you get familiar.
Overall, this is a good apartment for short or longer stay. I would recommend other guests to stay.
Great communication with Nicole.. despite some last minute travel glitches on my end. Apartment is clean, neat and with all new appliances in working order.
A quick walk to the St. Patrick's Day parade I was able to enjoy. Trend Diner on 2nd ave, just a few blocks away.. excellent breakfast.
Would recommend to anyone!
Estamos muy conformes con el departamento, es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Nicole respondio a todas nuestras consultas amablemente. La ubicacion es muy buena y segura ya que se encuentra cerca del subte.
This is a super clean, pleasant, and convenient place in a great location. It's in the calm and pretty Upper East Side and is a short walk to Central Park or to the 6 train, which runs all the way downtown. The kitchen and bath are modern and updated, and the foam mattress was really comfy. It's nice to have your own little quiet spot in the middle of the big city. Only downside: in the cold of winter it was a little hard to get the bedroom temperature right -- the automated building heat was too low, the space heater was oven-like. By the third night I got the space heater calibration about right. (Also, best I could tell, this little building doesn't have a fire escape, which made me a bit nervous. Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
This is a very top-notch place to stay. Nicole was super accommodating when my trip plans changed at the last minute and helped my girlfriend and I rest easy in this truly charming little one-bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and has some unexpected charm surrounding it with several nice restaurants and little shops, not to mention the proximity to Central Park and the MET. It was also easy to catch the 6 train and get downtown pretty quickly for a night out. I would definitely recommend this to family or friends.
Great location; in the middle of two metro stops (number 6) on lexington avenue and also walking distance to Central Park. It is a nice area, there is everything you might need around, but it is not too loud. The apartment itself is nice and spacious enough for two people. It was clean and the kitchenette was well equipped.
We didn`t get to meet Nicole herself but she was helpful over messages.

I work in the music business. I spend my time producing records and teaching music. I travel away from New York often; therefore Air BnB has been a great resource for me!! I like to use them whenever I can on my travels.
Born and raised in NYC, I'm a diehard Yankee fan who gets a kick out of Broadway shows and Thai food. Life is an adventure, and there is so better place to add to your repertoire of experience than this great city!
