What a lovely house!! Ann was a perfect host, and left a bottle of wine and some treats in the fridge for us! There were clear notes everywhere, and we felt right at home. Our two dogs loved the fenced in back yard as well. The house is on a quiet street, walkable in between the downtown mall and the UVA campus. We had a wonderful visit in Charlottesville!

Ann was a great host. House was clean and comfy. Beds were big and comfortable. She loves her cds. There are alot of them. She even left a nice bottle of red wine, and a Dave Matthews band CD. I guess since he's from Cville. But thank you for everything. Loved the porch swing.

Lovely bungalow centrally located between the historic downtown and U VA. Easy to bike or walk to either. Ann has made the Do Drop Inn very nice with all the comforts of home. We would love to stay here the next time we are in C'ville.
