Beautifully appointed, comfortable and welcoming. Ann's home is pleasure to spend time in. There aren't any other choices in Charlottesville that offer as much.
Ann was responsive and clearly has attention to detail. I am a host myself so I was checking to see what her style and efficiency was like. It seems I have some work to do if I am to be a good a host as Ann
I will not want to stay anywhere else when I return to Charlottesville.
Ann was very communicative and her house was delightful. It was comfortable, clean and well located. I look forward to staying again!
We had great time! Ann's place was perfect. The house was beautiful and quiet and also had perfect amenities. Definitely recommended.
The house was charming, comfortable, and clean, exactly as advertised. While we did not meet Ann, she left the home in such a way that it felt very welcoming. Lots of nice touches, and note cards to help us find things and quickly figure out out things like the TV/DVD player work. It was an easy walk to the downtown mall, the Amtrak station, and the free trolley - in other words centrally located. The fenced gardens in the back yard were a lovely oasis in the city. Highly recommended.
Ann is an exceptional host - my wife and I greatly enjoyed our time at the Do Drop Inn! From the thoughtful touches throughout the house to ease of communication to an awesome location, this listing can't be beat. It's a short car-ride away from the downtown mall as well as the UVA campus. If you're looking for some good restaurants in town, we'd highly recommend Mas Tapas (but get there early, as they don't take reservations); 38 Parallel; Kokoro; and Marie Bette, which is an awesome French bakery minutes away by car. Thank you, Ann!
Ann's home is cozy and very comfortable. We had everything we needed as well as a few extras. She is a fine host and I would stay there again. It is perfectly located in Charlottesville. Thanks again Ann for great experience.
