• Dogs must be on leash when outside for their safety, the backyard is NOT fully fenced.
• Dogs may not be left in the home alone and must go with you on all excursions

-The house fits up to 9 adults comfortably on 2 king, 2 queen and 1 full sized bed. The couches can fit an additional adult or 2 kids. And there is a foldable twin mattress with bedding upstairs. Please note the living room sits 8 so the house sleeps more than living and dining room seating provide.

-Pets; we welcome dogs. Pet fee is $40 per stay per dog, payable when reservation is made. We accommodate up to 2 dogs. Please do not allow your pets on the furniture or beds without using the provided dog blankets. Dogs must be on leash when outside for their safety, the backyard is NOT fully fenced. Dogs may not be left in the home alone and must go with you on all excursions.
