A short walk to downtown Danville, this renovated second-floor gabled apartment is perfect for a visit to Centre College, a tour of the Bourbon Trail, or a weekend retreat in Danville. The apartment has a studio layout with private bathroom and private entrance. It has one queen bed with additional twin mattress upon request. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious shared or reserved garden with fire pit, BBQ grill, and covered patio for small gatherings.

The space
The apartment is clean and comfortable with all of the essentials.

Guest access
The attic apartment is accessed from the back of the house. The apartment has a private entrance. A motion light is attached to the corner of the garage and solar lights illuminate the stairs leading to the door.

Other things to note
Things to note:

1. The apartment is gabled, slopping down toward the outside walls. The ceiling goes from 7' 4" at its highest, down to 4' 1" at the outside walls.

2. The bathroom and shower are small.

3. Guests must be willing and able to climb the outside stairway seen in the photos to enter the apartment.

4. There is an interior stairway to the first-floor of the house. However, guests can lock the trapdoor at the top of the stairs for complete separation and security.

5. We, the homeowners, live on the first floor. We travel often so we may or may not be home during your stay.
