(1200 sqft house and 1700 sqft backyard patio)This beautiful house is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood ,it is also in the center of West Covina, close to bus stations, restaurants, Starbucks and supermarkets . 30 minutes to Disney Park, about 35 minutes to Universal studio，Hollywood, LAX airport(with out traffic).

The space
Hi guests, welcome to our house. Please No loud musics or pool after 10PM, the backyard is close to our neighbors house, regular family gathering with regular volume is fine. Welcome to use the private Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi, or enjoys a delicious meal with the BBQ grill machine in the back yard or patio. They are all free to use, no additional charges, just clean up after using will be fine.
