We are across from the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort, and our back gate leads right to the TPC Champions Golf Course where you can walk 100 yards to the PHX Open!
Stroll through the back gate of our complex, and enjoy a cocktail or light meal on the scenic patio of the Champions Patio Bar. Love watching sports? The new DraftKings Sportsbook with video walls, patio w/firepits, and a beautiful restaurant/bar is right next to us! Guest access
POOL AREA: Enjoy full access to the large heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. There are three deluxe BBQ grills near the pool area that you are free to use.
Garage access is currently unavailable.
Otherwise, the whole townhouse is yours to enjoy, except for the locked cabinets your host and our cleaners use to store supplies. These locked cabinets are the bifold doors in the primary bath, the locked cabinet over the washer/dryer, and the center cabinets in the garage. We need to have additional supplies to make the magic happen for each set of guests we host!
Other things to note
• For your safety and ours, the RING doorbell outside the front door monitors and records movement for 30 seconds. Guests are not to tamper with or cover up this device in any way. We respect your privacy and want you to be assured that there are no cameras or recording devices inside our home. We also use a noise monitor, which alerts to loud decibel levels, but does not record audio.
***Important Information:***
Our property is part of a Homeowners Association (HOA). As per HOA regulations, all guests must register their vehicle(s) upon booking or arrival (if you plan to get a rental car). Please ensure you provide vehicle details (make, model, license plate number, and color) in advance for a smooth check-in process.
To help us ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests provide a secondary contact number after booking. This can be your own number or someone else’s who will be staying at the property, just in case we need to reach you quickly in an emergency.
If you're booking on behalf of someone else and won’t be present during the stay, we simply ask for a contact number for the guest who will be staying.
