Set in the Historic District of Forest Hill, our historic duplex UPSTAIRS unit is in a prime location! Take a 2 minute walk to enjoy local shops & restaurants down Semmes, & minutes to Forest Hill Park and close to Richmond hotspots. The duplex dates to 1922 and still has many of the original details - wood floors, fireplaces and charm! There is a full kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom with original clawfoot bathtub. Designed with modern ammenities boasting an outdoor private balcony as well.

Other things to note
This unit is a secondary apartment in a duplex that is an entire apartment upstairs so please be aware of that aspect of the property.
