3-bedroom village home in the historic center of Assisi
A private courtyard across the street from a monastery is the centre of this holiday townhouse apartment in Umbria. A single bedroom upstairs on your left looks out on the courtyard while a spacious vaulted living room opens up to your right as you enter. Beyond the living room is a brand new kitchen with a breakfast counter and beyond that a unique and romantic dining room with vaulted stone ceiling and even your own grotto leading down into the soft stone heart of this miraculous city of art and spirituality--a perfect spot for storing the marvelous wines of the region you will want to try while visiting! Upstairs from the living room is a library/reading corner for curling up with a book, the bathroom with shower, and a corridor leading to the master double bedroom with queen-sized bed and a second bedroom nook with full-sized bed. Comfortably sleeping 3-5, furnished with elegant Italian contemporary design pieces chosen for your comfort and to contrast with the cool stone walls of this year-round center of attraction. We also offer a special spa packet with the nearby NUN relais and spa, so please ask about the discounted offer for our guests.

Casa e borgo bellissimi! Posto davvero suggestivo!
This home is a wonderful place to stay. Anna received us and completely explained how everything worked and made us feel welcome and at home. There was coffee, milk, and delicious breakfast breads in the beautiful kitchen waiting for us! Sophie is an excellent hostess. She responded to every question with ease and efficiency. She cheerfully helped us several times. I recommend this beautiful home with appreciation and enthusiasm. Spoleto is an old Umbrian town with lots of interesting things to see and do; I hope to return soon, and I would love to stay here again. Simply put, this elegant home for 6, Spoleto Center, is truly lovely and very comfortable, in a great location with excellent, caring hosts!
Spoleto is lovely- quiet and peaceful. This house was beautiful and up nearly at the top of the town, a quality residence with lovely kitchen, comfortable mattress, and very nice helpful people!
Very spacious and atmospheric. On the second floor, up a set of worn marble steps. We got the sense that it was a family home for a lng time, with tons of books and art yet updated for modern comfort. Thanks Sophie!
Spoleto was the highlight of our 5 weeks in Italy: VERY patient and helpful management by Sophie, Daria and Anna! Fabulous location in delightful Centro Storico..immediate walking to Duomo, aqueduct, Castle, main piazzas. Lovely, BIG apartment, well-equipped, clean, elegant close to all the best eating.
A lovely town, hard to leave, a wonderful apartment that one longs to return to, and, in fact, we did, for an extra 5 days. Spoleto is a perfect location for day-trips to Perugia, Assisi, Norcia, Trevi, etc., etc. Highest recommendation!
Probably the best place to stay in Umbria ! A wonderful little castle-village in the hills with lovely people inside, absolutely peaceful, with dramatic views over the beautiful countryside. The house is a little temple for design where you can also enjoy sunbathing on the two terraces. Mariella and Sandro from Loreti Arredamenti are just the nicest hosts you can dream about and you will appreciate to enjoy the pool at Sandro's. Don't forget to visit the restaurant Casaline where truffle meals and lamb meat are prodigious, nor to taste Montefalco Sagrantino wine.
