This new house is nestled in a valley of banana plantations and orange & mandarin orchards and is ideal for couples, families or friends that appreciate chic surroundings and quality accommodation.
There is a large supermarket 1 km away but there is also a mini-market opposite the bus stop which is only 500 meters from the house.
We live on the same street so if you do not hire a car you are more than welcome to join us to shop for your groceries as we visit the supermarket everyday.
Once you arrive you will be given a list of the very best things to visit whilst on the island and how to get there. The house has fast Wi-Fi connection so you can download any additional information you may require.
The house is 65 square meters indoors with an additional 70 square meters of gardens, located in a serene, residential area of Paphos on a dead end street.
The beach is a mere 800 meters stroll away and you also have immediate access to the highway, for easy transfer to airports or other towns.
If you enjoy taking walks by the sea you have 7km of paved pathways leading all the way to the harbour!
The house is fully furnished with towels, sheets, pillows, washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, cutlery, crockery, iron, TV, DVD, etc…
There are 2 split units for either AC or Heating – one is in the living room and the other is in the left bedroom.
There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a zip link bed that can be made into a king size double or 2 singles. Baby cots are also available at no charge. This house comfortably accommodates 4 people and maximum 2 baby cots.
This is a private house that has its own garden, BBQ, balcony etc... so nothing is shared with anyone else.
We live on the same street so our guests are always welcome to visit us if they need anything.
Check in is always very personal and we explain everything which is why we do not have a house manual.
I love the fact that we live on a dead end street and that the only people around are our neighbours so we still sleep with our doors and windows open.
I love the fact that we live right next to the beach and have an amazing view of the sea and that in summer on a quiet night you can hear the waves rolling onto the beach while you fall sleep.
I love being able to see hundreds of stars and many shooting stars at night.
I love the orange & mandarin groves and fig trees and lemon trees that grow in every garden and the banana plantations that stretch as far as your eye can see.
I love this island that is blessed with 340 days of sunshine that warms your soul and makes you feel thankful that you have the privilege to live here and I want to share that with as many people as I can.
There is a bus stop 500m from the house that will take you anywhere you want to go.
All we ask is that our guests treat our property with respect and care just as we treat them!
We ensure that every single one of our guests enjoys their vacation in a relaxing, comfortable and safe environment and that they truly feel at home.
That is why the house rules are few and simple:
The property will be inspected upon guest arrival and departure - any damages will be paid for by the guest.
Electricity and water consumption are included in the rental price but please note that electricity consumption is free for up to 15 kw per day. Anything over that will be charged according to consumption times the electricity rate.
The electricity meter will be recorded and monitored from the moment guests check-in until they check-out.
When guests are not at home we kindly ask that they switch off the lights and AC units just as they would in their own home so as to avoid wasting electricity.
Cyprus is quite an arid island and water is scarce (we very often get rationed) so please do not waste water unnecessarily.
It is very important to note that the sewage system in Cyprus has narrow pipes and will immediately obstruct if you flush toilet paper, nappies, sanitary pads etc...down the toilet. Please use the bins and bin bags provided in order to dispose of such items.
Of course it goes without saying that we do not tolerate the use of drugs or excessive alcohol. This is a family neighbourhood where respect and values are upheld by all tenants.
If you have small children please refrain from letting them play with crayons and paints as we like our house decorated just as it is!
That's all! :-)

Hi my name is Paola! I have five accommodations listed in Paphos on the same street I live on. The two are 2 bedroom houses, the other is a 1 bedroom flat and the other two are studios.
Whoever rents from us can rest assured that once on the island they can count on us for any help they may require.
If you are travelling with small children you need not worry about prams, car seats, baby cots, toys and even clothing that take up a lot of luggage space like jackets as we have all those things to lend you.
Staying at one of our places throughout your holidays means that you will get to visit places tourist reviews do not even mention, eat in the best restaurants, enjoy drinks in the hippest bars - things that only a resident can share with you.
Everything you do in life is about the experience, the people you encounter and the impressions they leave upon you, so we can guarantee that a holiday at any of our accommodations will be top of the list in your 'best ever' book of life experiences.
Looking forward to meeting you soon!
