Perfect for a couple's getaway, family retreat or if you are attending a nearby wedding or event!

The space
This modern luxury home boasts a first-floor living space with two bedrooms each with a queen bed, full access to a private back patio/outdoor space and stunning bar/kitchen with dining area.

The second floor has another beautiful open kitchen and living/dining room space as well as a queen bed with walk-in closet and full bathroom. The third floor has a queen bed, full bathroom and three single beds.

There are two laundry areas - one on the first floor and one on the third floor.

The front porch and back patio/outdoor area is included for guest use. Smoking/vaping IS allowed on the back patio. The back patio/outdoor space is not fully fenced to contain pets. Please monitor pets at all times outdoors.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, front porch and back patio/outdoor space. There is no elevator in the home. Stairs are used to access second and third floors.
