This spacious two bedroom seaview penthouse with large terrace over looking all of Xlendi. 10 mt away from the sea, bus stop, restaurants, bars, pubs, and grocer. Has well equipped kitchen, living room with air-condition in the bedrooms cable tv, free wifi, and free parking.

The space
This recently renovated penthouse is set in a very quiet area just a few meters away from the sea. It enjoys a large terrace with patio furniture, deck chairs, and bbq area overlooking all of gorgeous Xlendi from the valley to the cliffs and the clear blue Mediterranean sea, from where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, while enjoying the amazing picturesque view of the sunset setting in on the beautiful Xlendi bay that will certainly take your breath away. You can hear the tides, birds chirping and the occasional boat passing by.
The back balcony on the other hand looks over a garden.

The apartment is located in Xlendi within a very quiet area, yet 5 minutes walk away to the sea, restaurants, bars and all amenities.

The accommodation features a seating area with cable tv, free wifi, dining area, and well equipped kitchen for 6 people with stovetop, oven, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and kettle. The apartment has a private bathroom with walk in shower and free toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided in the bedroom along with fresh clean linen and towels which are changed every week or upon request.

The property has a roof top with amazing views, bbq area and patio furniture for all our guests to enjoy.

Xlendi is home to the best restaurants on the island. The closest restaurant is a five minute walk away and is one of my favourite restaurants. In Xlendi you are spoilt for choice for award winning, good value for money restaurants serving mouthwatering Gozitan, Mediterranean, Chinese, and Indian cuisine, plenty of bars, cafeterias, and ice-cream parlours- all a short walk away from the apartment. There is also a mini-market which has everything you might need for your holiday.

The bus stop is a few meters away from the apartment with frequent buses to Victoria from where you can get a connected bus to everywhere on the island. For those who prefer to rent a car, there is ample free parking just outside the block.

We are happy to book airport transfers for you, to help you with car rental, bike hire, diving, horse riding and anything you might need at all. We strive to make your stay a happy one :)

In Xlendi you are spoilt for choice for award winning, good value for money restaurants serving mouthwatering Mediterranean cuisine, plenty of bars, cafeterias, and ice-cream parlours- all a short walk away from the apartment. There is also a mini-market which has everything you might need for your holiday.
This is a very quiet neighbourhood. From the balcony, one can hear the tides, birds chirping and the occasional boat passing by.

The area is a very quiet and peaceful one from where you can enjoy fresh air. Rarely does a car go by. Yet, if you like the hustle and bustle, it is just a short walk alongside the bay.
