Paul was an exceptional host, and made sure we knew everything we needed to before we got to the house. The house itself is gorgeous and spacious, perfect for our group of friends. Everything in the house was set up very neatly and conveniently for us.
The location is also perfect, the house being in a quiet neighborhood but right near the Square One mall and a 20 mins drive to downtown Toronto.
Paul was a wonderful host, we arrived at 2 am , he had left the keys for us
We stayed as a group of three adults and two children and enjoyed our time at this house. It offers spacious and clean accommodation, Paul was easy to reach and dealt with any problems that came up quickly.
Paul appears to be renovating the house over time and as such there are a few rough edges, but, in my opinion this makes it a much more comfortable place to stay with a young family.
My only complaint was that one of the beds was very squeaky. Hopefully something that will be fixed soon!
Pauls place was great stay for my family of 4. Place was clean, and location was great. Definitely will recommend to friends and family staying in Mississauga
Paul was very reachable and accommodating during our reservation and reservation modification communications. The location was very good to major highways.
The accommodations themselves left a lot to be desired. Generally, the appearance was dingy, unkempt and filthy. I had fecal stains on one of the towels left our for my use and there was so much food garbage between the sofa cushions we were loathe to sit down. The bed in the master bedroom was so squeaky that you couldn't roll over without making noise. Combine all this with dust bunnies, dirty underwear in the drawers and the general clutter - yuck. I do not believe that the pictures on the Airbnb website truly reflect the accommodations.
This was my first Airbnb experience - and my last if this is any indication of the available properties.
Our family (3 adults, one child) had a great stay at Paul's place! There was lots of space for everyone, the kitchen was fully equipped, a modern washer and dryer, cool stores nearby (A "European Supermarket" and a Chinese food store among the highlights). If you're a large group, definitely beats staying in a hotel!
