HOUSE RULES
1. 12 guests maximum
2. No pets
3. No parties. Please keep music down to not disturb the neighbors, and don’t host parties at the house. Events organized by a professional service are fine and recommended! If you need services or recommendations, we have trusted local partners to make your stay even better, please inquire!
4. Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 11am. We offer early checkin and checkout, please inquire! When checking out, please wash the dishes, put towels in the laundry machine and take out the trash before you go. Please make sure all doors are locked.
5. Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am, we are in compliance with the City of Scottsdale short-term rental policies and violations can result in heavy fines
6. Please do not move any furniture, or tamper with wifi and security cameras.
7. Please do not lean on the makeup wall floating shelves
8. Please don’t throw away the pink champagne cups, they are washable and reusable! Please don’t take or throw away the cowboy hats, they are props for photos only.
9. Security Camera is installed out front by the front door and at the back gate for your safety, we also have a Minut noise monitoring system in the kitchen. It does not record anything, just monitors the noise levels.
10. No glass anywhere near the pool, no food or drinks in the pool
11. Please use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Watch children at all times. Do not remove the pool vacuum from the pool, or enter the pool equipment area. ALWAYS CLOSE UMBRELLAS AFTER USE. Please let us know at least 2 days prior to arrival if you would like the pool heated
12. Please use the firepit and grill at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Watch children at all times. Always shut off the propane tanks after use
13. NO SMOKING
14. If the police are called for any reason, there is an automatic $2,500 fine
15. No glitter, confetti or bounce houses
16. The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children
17. PARKING: 4 cars maximum, 3 must be in the driveway and only 1 on the street. Stay 10ft back from neighbors' property when parked on the road
