★FREE PARKING★
Private parking is available in the backyard. Since this apartment is part of a duplex, the backyard parking area is shared with guests from the other unit. You’re welcome to park up to 2 cars in the backyard per apartment—just make sure to keep the driveway clear so everyone can move in and out of the parking lot without obstruction. For additional parking, free street parking is available across the street, except on Tuesdays from 7 am to 1 pm.

★LAUNDRY★
There’s a shared laundry room in the basement. To get there, use the door with the black lock located by the kitchen—It leads to the staircase down to the basement.

This is an exclusive-use, private 4 BR upstairs apartment in a duplex! You’ve got your own private entrance and all the cozy comforts of home. While you might have some friendly neighbors downstairs, the upper level is usually less susceptible to noise. We’ve thoughtfully renovated the space with soundproofing flooring. However, as with any multi-level home, occasional sounds—like excited footsteps or loud music—may travel between floors, so we kindly ask that guests respect quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM to keep things peaceful.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
