Located on the New River! Common area includes over an acre of an Island! A unique Camping Experience: We do all the un-fun camping steps so you can show up and enjoy yourself. Then leave without a care. This includes: Glamper delivery and setup, very comfortable upgraded mattresses, outdoor living/Kitchen area setup, 12 hrs per day of generator use (more if needed), full water tank and stocked cooking utensils. After your stay, we will break camp and empty all waste. -Best kept secret in SWVA!

The space
The New, It is a changing... We had a rough Fall and Winter with Hurricane Helene but the area is bouncing back in an amazing way. I will update photos before our season opening day on May 1 2025. Its going to be a great year!
