The space
Traditional Japanese Samurai style mansion (2,000 sqf) with Three spacious 8 Tatami size air conditioned guest rooms ( total 470 sqf) with Futon. Entrance hall with cozy wood stove, full kitchen and dining, shower with Japanese deep tub, renovated modern toilet.
Bath Towels, Bath Soap,Shampoo, Free rental T shirt and room ware. (Disposable Tooth brush, Razor are available each by ¥100.)
Free parking, free Wifi, coin laundromat with dryer, Yamaha Audio in entrance hall, 23 inch PC monitor with HDMI in guest room.
Ask staff to setup: Projector, Retro gaming system, Portable Bluetooth speaker, Home theater audio, Apple TV / Amazon Fire TV for Movies and Karaoke.
Guest refrigerator, microwave oven, gas stove, dish, pots and pans, sharpened knives in a full kitchen.
Tea and coffee, basic seasonings for self cooking guests.
Organic kitchen garden vegetables and various fruit trees are for guests to enjoy seasonal harvest.
Spring: Ume plums, Loquat.
Summer: Blueberry.
Autumn: Persimmon, Chestnut.
Winter: Lemon, Pomelo, HyugaNatsu, Kumquat.
If you are not driving, happy to provide Free Pick up / Drop off from JR Kushima station, downtown and Onsen hot spa. Convenience stores, Supermarkets, Drugstores, Shops and Restaurants are within 10 min driving.
Optional: BBQ pit rental ¥2,500. Catering dinner reservation starting from ¥2,000/person.
Full day driving local tour guide max 4 at ¥20,000 + fuel and expense private for guests staying multiple nights. A must visit are the beautiful landscape of “Nichinan coast highway 220/248”, “Cape Toi” and its “Misaki Uma” national monument, Samurai war horses turned back to wild.

Guest access
All rooms in house, kitchen, garden are open for guest, welcome to make yourself at home !
Please ask if you need anything such as extra towel, dish, kitchen tools, basic seasoning etc.
Bathroom, kitchen, dining room, hall room will be shared with staff. Please do not enter Staff room and two Warehouses in back yard. Stocking goods, tools, machines and chemicals may be hazardous.
During your stay
We love to support your stay become most enjoyable.
Happy to provide local info and recommendations during your stay, in ENG or JPN language. Driving directions, Travel tips, Shops and restaurants, Seasonal foods, Places to see, Local tourist attractions, golf, boat fishing, SUP paddling, nature walking etc.
In case you are not driving, we can provide you Free Pick up / Drop off service to the near by JR Kushima station, Kushima downtown and Onsen hot spa.
However, we also respect our guest’s privacy wishing for a quiet and peaceful countryside stay.

Please let us know if your check-in passes 22:00.
Futon, towels, room wares are prepared by the number reserved. We may enter guest rooms for necessary housekeeping during your stay.
You are welcome having a BBQ at our garden or staying outside to enjoy the night. Please continue but inside after 23:00. Please ask and follow staff’s instructions for BBQ, campfires, Wood-stove or any activity causes smokes and fire.We wish our guests having great time but also respect our neighbors peaceful night .
Happy to accept keeping your luggage’s before check-in or after check-out. If you are sending in your suitcase, golf-bags or any well packed luggage, please message us to set an available schedule before handling over to your carrier.
