Check In
  • What a great experience! Carolyn contacted us quickIy and answered all our questions and was nice enough to let us check in early. Her house is lovely in a quiet area outside of the city and the IUPUI campus, but close enough to get there in 20 minutes with no traffic problems at all. I would highly recommend Carolyn's house, and it was a 100 times better then paying more for one hotel room.

  • I rented Carolyn's home for the holidays for my Mother, her husband and my sister and niece. I stayed there one night also. We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy space and it was decked out for Christmas with many lights which really made things extra nice! Everyone enjoyed the gas fireplace, comfy couch and great TV in back den. The internet worked great, and there was plenty of functional space to gather. Also great to have option to run a load of laundry for longer stays. I also loved the location and found it to be nice and quiet too. It was over the holidays so look forward to returning and enjoying the garden as well.

Carolyn was very welcoming and open with her home (making check in and out a breeze) and it was much appreciated. Thanks again for everything!

  • Carolyn was incredibly quick to respond to any emails or questions, and helped us find places to eat etc. House was in a very nice, quiet residential area and completely convenient to places like Broad Ripple. We were very, very comfortable in her house and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Carolyn!

  • After a quick snafu with the power going out, the rest of the stay was peaceful and relaxing.

Carolyn provided candle lights and offered to not charge us for the first night if the power didn't come back on. Luckily the power came on about 10 minutes after we got to the house.

If you are looking to stay in the Broad Ripple area this is a great place to be.

  • Carolyn was great! The home was very lovely with a terrific backyard for my dog. She was even kind enough to allow me to have a small gathering for the closing of a show I was working on in the Indianapolis area. I would definitely stay here again.

  • Needed a place for me and a friend to stay while we were at the Indy 500...Contacted Carolyn about staying at her home and got a fast reply. Instructions and responses were prompt...It's a nice home in an older QUIET neighborhood. A good location convenient to grocery stores, movie theatre, gas stations, etc....2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Beds were comfortable.. Overall, highly recommend. Everything went very smooth from start to finish. Carolyn is a nice host. Give them a shout if you are in the Indianapolis area. I would stay there again in a heartbeat

Steve and I love to bike and hike around the Indianapolis area- we use the Monon Trail to get around and enjoy the local breweries in Indy. We also love traveling- we've been to Honduras, Mexico, Costa Rica, India, Nepal, and the UAE together. Next stop...Africa! I'm a teacher and Steve runs a photo booth company. We love Indiana and hope you enjoy your stay with us!
