Newly renovated,~80m2, 1,5 floor wooden house with 2-bedroom&living room, sleeping area on the second floor (6 people), well equipped kitchenette.Water closet! Lovely place with an excellent access to Otepää, Võru, Valga and Haanja, or north Latvia. Shower available in the washing room!

The space
The house is with air-conditioner and a fire-place to make sure rooms are well heated. TV available with local channels. Wooden floors, walls and ceiling. The house is part of real estate where there are more buildings - another house, sauna and summer terrace, sports ground with basketball and football playing opportunities.

Guest access
Guests can access also sauna ( at additional cost ) and the summer kitchen for barbecue. Barbecue equippment available.

Other things to note
There is a river nearby - Mustjõgi where you can enjoy swimming, canoing ( additional cost and arrangements ) and fishing ( no equippment at the place ). There are 4 bicycles available for rent at additional cost-man&woman bike, 2 junior bikes

Hargla, Valga maakond, Estonia

31 km to Valga, 50 km to Võru, Otepää 69 km, Haanja 48 km, Paganamaa 32 km. Two Latvian towns in the range of 20 km's. Beautiful landscape, national parks, forests, lakes and rivers to discover. There is a shop in the village, though not so many eating places.
