Our home sits right on beautiful Mill Creek, just minutes from Nashville yet tucked into a peaceful, natural setting. One of the best parts of staying here is being surrounded by wildlife—you may spot bald eagles, herons, foxes, rabbits, and butterflies during your visit. With that natural beauty, there can also be the occasional bug. We have a professional exterminator service the property weekly, but given the home’s location, it’s impossible to eliminate nature entirely. Most guests find this is part of the charm that makes Vinyl Villa a true retreat.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you are respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. No parties or loud noise - only registered guests are allowed. Thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our house in the best condition possible. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Also, please no glitter - it is impossible to clean up! Please no using tape on the walls, as that can strip the paint. There will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking any of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our home.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire main level - owner occupant resides in the basement level, guests do not have access to the lower level and garage. Entire backyard is available to guests, and the two parking spaces that state "Guest Parking."
