Relax and rejuvenate in this newly remodeled mid-century ranch. A private cul-de-sac, rental-friendly neighbors, and stunning mountain views will greet you. Inside, every detail will have you wishing you could extend your stay. Featuring a large, sparkling and well-maintained pool, BBQ grill, four new lounge chairs (and other seating options), plus an outdoor dining table... all in a big private backyard. The space
We love our Midcentury Ranch, and enjoy it often ourselves, and here's a few reasons why: the home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths in pristine condition with a great street presence and modern vibe. The house sits on a great corner lot, on a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from Downtown Palm Springs with world-class shopping, eateries and entertainment. Quartz counters, stunning travertine floors, and expansive windows blend the indoor and outdoors seamlessly. The home is gracious for entertaining and was designed for it. It also has an over-sized and professionally landscaped lot. We pay great attention to detail, and know our guests appreciate it.

We're also less than 10 minutes from major attractions, and 1.5 blocks away from a main grocery store.

The space has been perfect for guests wanting a relaxing stay, chilling poolside, and grilling outdoor or making dinner in our fully stocked chef's kitchen. We have a bunch of amenities, and have two smart TVs logged into several apps including Netflix, and Amazon Video among others. These are logged in for guest's viewing pleasure, but **please do not add any subscriptions or rent movies using our account--thank you!**

There is an outdoor NOISE ORDINANCE in the city of Palm Springs that we enforce in full. More info is available on the city website: https://www.palmspringsca.gov/residents/file-a-noise-complaint -- essentially, no outdoor music is allowed.

Guest access
All parts of the house are accessible to our guests. We just ask that you respect some things that are obviously private, such as storage boxes in the garage or closet, and one miscellaneous drawer in the kitchen.

Other things to note
There are two WiFi's in the house. We've provided the passcode for one, which is more for speed. The other one is for distance, and can be accessed with the same password format as the first one (note the name), or you can reach out for instructions.

We just ask that loud music not be heard beyond the perimeter of the property, due to a Palm Springs city wide ordinance.

There is also an additional charge for pool heating fees, which are determined by length of stay along with the season. But here's a baseline of what to expect:

Pool Heating:
- Most 2 night weekend stays are a flat $185 to have the pool heated.
- For longer stays, beyond a weekend, the pool heat will range from $80-90/night, based on the season/weather.

Smart TV (No Cable TV):
As noted under amenities, we currently don't have cable TV, but have a smart TV with several connected apps ( e.g., the TV is logged into our Amazon Prime, Netflix, Crackle and other apps).

Noise Ordinance:
No music allowed outdoors. No speakers can emanate any music within the backyard.

There are so many great eateries and restaurants near us, and most are a ten minute bike ride away, or a five minute car ride. Try Cheeky's, or Sherman's for breakfast.
