The space
In addition to a gourmet kitchen and beautiful living/dining area, each cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms downstairs (each bedroom has 2 full-sized beds). There is a loft located up a spiral staircase with 2 additional full-sized beds. The loft area is open to the downstairs living area. Gas grill on the back deck. Stacked washer and dryer downstairs. Towels and linens are included with each stay.

Other things to note
Each rental includes 2 tickets to the Outer Banks newest attraction, H2OBX to be used any time during your stay! As a cottage guest you will also have full access to Westside Athletic Club including tennis, pickle ball, fitness and pool! Kilmarlic Golf Club clubhouse is located on property and open to all guests. The Black Tartan Taproom - Kilmarlic's famous casual dining option, is open to the public and features great breakfast and lunch menus as well as "to-go" options for cottage guests - just a phone-call away! New this year - Friday night is Pizza Night! Rob's famous pizza's are now available each Friday night and will be ready for pick-up from 5-8 pm!
