The Space

A high quality, architect-designed, self-contained 2 bedroomed apartment in a convenient location available for short-term lets.

This recently built extension to Trinity Farm is extremely spacious. It has a very large kitchen/living/dining room (approx. 300 sq. ft.), an entrance hall, a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.

The furnishings, fittings and appliances are all of a very high standard. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and double oven cooker. There is use of a washing machine and dryer. The apartment has a TV, DVD player, stereo and broadband internet. Outside, there is a paved patio area with garden furniture and a barbeque. There is parking for at least two cars.

Trinity Farm Lodge is situated on Huntingdon Road, with easy access to the M11 and A14, approximately one and a half miles from the centre of Cambridge. There is a garage with a small supermarket, a pub with restaurant, the Hotel Felix with its renowned restaurant, and a bus stop all within 200 metres. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into the centre of Cambridge, but why not become a real local and cycle into town on one of the two bikes that come with the apartment?

  • Absolutely delightful stay in this lovely cottage. Hosts were accommodating and helpful. The place was clean and well equipped. We would definitely recommend it, but hope to keep it our little secret for our next visit! :-) Thank you for a wonderful stay in Cambridge!

  • Perfect stay in Cambridge with the family. Philip and his family made sure we were settled in and were around if we needed anything. The rest of the time they left us in privacy to lead a normal family life. Will definitely use it again if I come back with the family for teaching.

  • We enjoyed being at your place on Trinity Farm. Thank you.
When we rent an Airbnb place what we seek is a home - a place where we can feel at home, come home from whatever we have been doing and relax, escape from the bustle, and where we are in private. That's what we got at your place.
Good bus connections in Cambridge too.
    Thank you so much, Phil.

  • Warm, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay and will be back. The only drawback is that the entrance is not the easiest to find, but once we knew where it was, it was a great place to stay when visiting Cambridge.

  • It was great being at Trinity Farm for a week. Such a quiet, lovely, safe and, above all, relaxing place. Perfect for someone who, like me, was focused on studies, but also perfect for those who want to be away from the hectic centers and enjoy all the benefits and comfort of a house not exactly in the city center. Bus stop a couple of blocks from the house but you can always call your Panther friends for a cab. Phillip was travelling when we arrived but his daughter was there exactly as agreed and Phill was kind enough to stop by to ask whether everything was in order immediately upon his arrival. I´d like to come back.

  • Staying in this cottage was an experience that was even better than I imagined! Also, the cottage is much closer to Cambridge than what the listing showed. Downtown Cambridge is about 1.5 mi from the cottage - easily accessible by bus that comes about every 10 minutes or bicycle - which EVERYONE rides!

Philip is an EXCELLENT host. He was available whenever I needed something and extremely helpful.

The cottage is off from their house. Bunnies jump merrily around a huge garden. It is a relief to stay in a place that is more like a home than a hotel room. We had two perfect bedrooms, a kitchen area, nice bathroom, eating area and living room. The laundry room was connected to the cottage - making it super convenient.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about staying in this cottage. It was a delight to cook meals when we wanted, to make our own coffee and to get instant help from Philip. For example, a light bulb went out and Philip immediately replaced.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Trinity Farm if you are looking for a home away from home in the Cambridge area. Philip and his family are great people and have created an amazing living experience. Philip undercharges for what he offers and it is extremely easy to get to downtown Cambridge.

  • When we signed up for a seminar at Cambridge, We started exploring our housing options. We were so lucky to find this precious gem on the outskirts of the city. The home is just off one of the main streets back into the Cambridge. We rode bikes to the conference daily (provided by the owner). The home is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and there are two good restaurants within walking distance should you chose to eat out. Access to laundry is also available should you desire. We highly recommend this location.

  • A lovely cottage on a farm close to Cambridge with kitchen, dining area and lounge area, two bedrooms and bathroom. The living area has glass doors and plenty of windows looking out onto the farm. The kitchen is well equipped and the heating works well.
