On the lake

This home is right on Shamrock Lake.
Relax and enjoy your own private lakefront resort-style home with a heated saltwater pool, spectacular water views, sunsets, wildlife, and amenities. The spacious open plan with lots of windows gives you the feeling of living on a houseboat.

The quiet cul-de-sac offers minimal traffic and friendly neighbors. Everything you need is close by, and sightseeing and outdoor activities are nearby.

We aim to make you feel at home with many special touches to get your stay off to a great start.

The space
The spacious home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a great room, a kitchen, laundry, a sauna, and a private sunset patio.

Three private bedrooms feature smart TVs and comfortable beds for two people each. The master has an attached bathroom with tub and shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

A shared bedroom includes two sets of full-size bunk beds, sleeping up to eight people if you have a big family to squeeze in. There are no uncomfortable sofa beds or sleeping in a common area! Note that we are counting one person in each top bunk bed. Our mattresses are all very comfortable, and we provide extra pillows for your comfort. This bedroom has an attached bathroom with shower that doubles as the pool bath.

The 700-square-foot air-conditioned recreation room includes a commercial pool table, ping pong, bar, games, a Bluetooth speaker, and a large TV. There is plenty of space for kids or adults to enjoy.

If you are traveling with a baby, we have a crib, a pack-and-play, and a high chair available for your convenience.

The screened patio includes a heated saltwater pool, spa, dining table, plenty of lounge chairs, and a gas grill. The driveway features an adjustable basketball hoop.

The office includes everything you need to work while on vacation. Bring your laptop or use our computer. Connect to dual 27" QHD monitors, webcam, microphone, Bose speakers, laser printer, wireless keyboard and mouse. Wi-fi is available throughout the house and recreation areas featuring gigabit fiber optic Internet.

If you are planning a trip to the beach, we provide beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and a cooler with ice packs. There is also sports equipment such as a soccer ball, a basketball, a football, and toys for the kids.

Freshwater fishing is a popular attraction, and we provide fishing poles and tackle, bait buckets, and more. For best results, we recommend live bait and can tell you the local places to get bait and supplies.

If you enjoy pickleball, miniature golf, or the water park, all are available a short distance away.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, including the new dock, two kayaks, and a paddle boat. A new floating dock makes access to the water easy for the whole family.

The large paver driveway allows off-street parking for at least six cars.

Access is via an electronic lock on the front door. The unique door code is changed with each guest and provided in advance of your stay for easy check-in.

Other things to note
This is a new listing, and although we do not currently have many reviews, our first few months of guests have had overwhelmingly positive feedback. We invite you to share our fantastic lakefront home. We will ensure that your stay is one to remember!

Casa Su Lago has been our family home for many years. We have raised our children here, and now it is time for us to share our home with you! While you stay at Casa Su Lago we hope you feel comfortable and relaxed. We welcome you to enjoy a little bit of our Florida paradise.

We cater to large families and not those looking for a weekend party.

As much as we love animals, no pets are allowed in the home. No smoking is permitted either inside the house or within the enclosed lanais.

If you need handicap access, we can arrange for a small ramp to enter into the front of the house.

We've been through some recent hurricanes without damage.
